I phoned Milani's as they had done some work a few years ago that I was satisfied with. Our hot water tank was located in a very awkward position that made the removal and installation of the tank to be very challenging. Manik was up to the task and completed the job at the quoted price that had been provided up front. If one of our neighbours in our townhouse needed to replace their hot water tank I would recommend Manik for the job.

Manik was outstanding with the service he provided me during this repair. He was very polite at all times, explained & showed me what was necessary to fix the problem. He was quick, efficient and ensured that we got the Seniors Discount on our bill when all said and done. The original Milani plumber did not install the plumbing to the new hot water tank to code, as pointed out by an inspector later on. I called Milani and I had excellent customer service over the phone and they sent another plumber who corrected the mistake properly and to code. Mike did an excellent job, super efficient and most of all was really nice/friendly and he made the whole process surprisingly pleasant. 10 out of 10 for him! I only gave the company 8 out of 10 because the job was not done properly the first time for what ever reason, but mistakes get made and the point is that Milani took full responsibility without any argument (and were in fact very pleasant to deal with over the phone).

I am extremely satisfied with the work that Manik has done for me, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. His knowledge, skill, and dedication to providing excellent customer service make him a true standout in his field, and I will definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs. I had another plumbing company start working on these two items but they were not able to finish and complete the jobs satisfactorily. I was surprised that they suggested Milani. I did call Milani. Two people were sent out and they did the work required very well. Two techs were Mirza & Ryan. I must compliment them on their work and suggestions.

Thought it was the hot water tank. Mike was able to determine the actual cause and did a great job with the replacement. Everything looks better than before he started.

A zone heat problem was not letting the gas boiler work efficiently. This is an older home with an upgraded system, It was determined that there were TWO issues; a failed [open] circuit on one zone and a failed [ancient] thermostat on the other. Although either ONE problem was a simple fix, TWO SIMULTANEOUS problems made the fix more complicated. The Milani tech hunkered down and, using some logic, sorted out the issue within 20 minutes, installed the needed thermostat and recommended a thorough look at the ancient wiring on another visit. The system is now operating normally !!
