Work did not pass inspection and have been trying to contact company for two weeks to get someone out to fix problem but no one is returning my calls. They quickly charge your credit card for incomplete work.

Seemed to take a long time to take old taps off, but very happy with new taps. Dishwasher hose was an upgrade & very happy with that job. The worker was very nice.

Technician Rob H was a GOD SEND we had a sewer back up, he came promptly, fixed the issue and was incredibly professional, super knowledgable and just so incredibly kind.

I usually do my own repairs but sometimes you need a pro and I was lucky to get Mirza....He acted very professional and friendly and got the job done fast.....I would recommend this company

Our house had low water pressure caused by watermain pipe leakage. We reached out to Milani via text message. They were super responsive. We got estimates done on the same day. Then after we confirmed the service they were very quick to schedule a time for the repairmen to come. There were 3 trucks and 3 workers came to work on the replacement of the watermain. They came on time and started working and within 7h they got their job done. They were very organized, friendly and professional. The work was done in perfection especially the precision location of the digging and drilling in effective manner. Huge Kudos to the great work done by all of the workers. Their names are Daniel, Mark and Samir. Very happy with each individuals and their craftsmanship. Highly recommend them.

The technician Devon repaired our outdoor faucet quickly within the first hour. No replacement parts were needed. Impressive.

Small pinhole leak in water pipe in the basement. Came out on a Sunday and they don’t have a weekend extra charge rate! The tech was very polite, efficient, and did a great job at a reasonable price. They are now our go to plumber!

Very good experience with Milani. Fast to get work order to good plumber, called, got same-day appointment. Neighbour experienced pressure-thunk 3 floors up when we turned off single faucet handle. Bought a 2-tap replacement. Building's plumbing heating company rep wasn't interested. Customer in line at Rona recommended Milani. Very satisfied.

Kitchen sink had gradually become clogged so called for service. The plumber who came was personable and cleared the issue within 1 hour. However, the scheduler who set up the service call had told me that the plumber would arrive between 10 AM and 1 PM. At 2 PM, I called to check whether a plumber would arrive; he was at my home about an hour later. The service was performed well from what I am able to see, but I would have been much happier if the company had advised me of the delay.

Milani tehnician saeid says if parts where available too costly to replace , quick upsale to buy new 96% efficient Lennox furnace , no heat for 4 days,gotcha ,this was thursday if needed replacement on weekend $500 extra WHY???.set up appointment for tuesday the following week, Morris the installer on time, #1 in attitude and great service , i would recommend him if needed for his expertise again. follow up by Romeu sales ,and petra ,this was the best in customer satisfaction, yes i would recommend Milani plumbing 5 stars for installation and workmanship regards victor wong
