Ever since a bad experience with a builder’s plumber I have used exclusively Milani . We had water backing up last night and they had some one out to us this morning . Rob H put down plastic to protect our house ; he was pleasant efficient and gave us a full report on the issue and solved it promptly . He came professionally dressed In uniform and was very articulate and easy to understand . I definitely recommend them .

Igor did an excellent job repairing a broken water supply line and installing a new urinal flush valve. Highly recommend this guy. Alex

Greg, plumber, provided excellent service. Was able to diagnose and make recommendations. Prognosis is excellent. Did not need new toilet. Just wax seal. Arrived earlier than expected as he was in the area. Was for my tenant"s bathroom & yes I was on site. I would highly recommend. Everyone is happy.

I want to thank Milani for there professional service at installing my heat pump. From the 1st call with Emma in the office to Rob the advisor was bang on! The 2 installers, Adish and Rich at my home made this job very easy for me to handle. Brian the electrician worked his magic at hiding all the wiring with minimal cutting into the drywall. Took a week to get the part (we had no heat or hot water during this time). Was given 4 different aapt times for repair and tech never showed or called ANY of these times. When the tech did finally show he was rude and barely spoke or looked you in the eyes.' Tteat you like family' is their motto...yeah right. Never again.

John came to our home and solved our problem in a very professional way. His job was thorough and efficient. Excellent Service! We would definitely use or refer Milani in the future. Thank you.

After dismissing the original company whom installed this mini split A/C for not servicing their product , I called Milani and made an appointment to send a technician out service this unit...I was pleasantly surprised to have Craig the technician arrive the following day and resolve my problems within a hour and answer several of my questions regarding this unit...He was very courteous and competent and I do consider myself very lucky to have a craftsman of his caliber.....

furnace stopped working , 4 technicians came over 3 week period last one left without testing furnace! Paid $1,200. for his visit ! Still have same problem! called they will send another guy for $200.

Our toilet tank cracked open spewing water all over the floor, in the middle of the night and as we only have one bathroom I phoned a few plumbing companies first thing the next morning. Milani was the only company that could come that day. In 3 hours the technician was here with a new toilet and he installed it very quickly. We are very pleased with the work and he also broke down the charges in detail when presenting the bill which we found very fair. . We are very pleased with the company and would not hesitate to call them again.

Last minute call. Short notice. Plumber came on time and helped with minor issue. He was very reassuring and super friendly. I would not hesitate to call again. Great job
