Rob H was on time to my appointment. I had a blocked main that required emergency service. He promptly found the best way to access and cleared roots from within. He was polite and I would recommend to friends and family.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation which included a countertop and sink replacement. As part of this project we needed the new sink attached to the existing drainage, replace two very old water supply valves, and re-install the faucet. Milani plumbing has always been our go to plumbers so naturally I placed the call. Austin, arrived on time and had with him all of the necessary tools and supplies to complete the job. Austin is a very personable and skilled young man. He completed the job very quickly and the quality of his work was very excellent. Roger Sangerloo

Flooded basement during the atmospheric rivers 2021. Claude came out to locate where the line was plugged and solve the problem. Very friendly, hard working. I would Highly recommend him anytime.

Aly, your technician, who is both unprofessional and incompetent, was unable to repair a gas boiler at 285 Sandringham Crescent, North Vancouver, on two visits. We were without heat for 4 weeks and promised to have it repaired in 5 days. Phone calls to your office about the service have not be returned. I called another plumber who did the repair in about 45 minutes and charged $250.00.

They called 30 minutes ahead as they said. The Plumber came and worked very efficiently, he had 1 hour, but finished installing everything in around 30 minutes. Everything works perfectly. It was great.

After living in the Prairies for a few years we have made a habit of having our natural gas furnace inspected annually. After calling a few HVAC contractors and reviewing HomeStar reviews we decided to book with Milani Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. Out appointment was booked for the 8AM to 10AM window and the Milani technician (Raj) showed up at 10AM - he had experienced a very busy morning. He immediately brought in his tools and kneeling pad and went to work, opening up the furnace inspection panels and he was in and out of the house to check intake air, furnace exhaust etc. He went over a number of key points with me, installed some stickers documenting proper shutdown of the furnace and hot water tank, and went through all his findings. All in all, very thorough, professional and organized. I signed off on the paperwork for completion of the furnace tuneup and payment and he was off to the next service appointment. Total service time was just under 1 hour. Overall very pleased with service and the technician and we would use Milani again.

This Furnace was installed by Milani Pluming and Heating in 2020/Nov. and we had them come in to check on it's operation in a year as was suggested! The technician, JAG, arrived and immediately went to work and everything was good!! He answered any questions we had and left within an hour. Very knowledgeable and efficient!! He should be considered a valuable ASSET to your company

The technician was professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He kept us in the loop and was very tidy. He fixed our issues and addressed others as we thought of them. We will be using this company again.

Although the originally-arranged date had to be postponed because the plumber was ill, the plumber arrived promptly on the new day and got to work right away. He was very pleasant, explained what the options were and also advised of the augering fee (which was additional to the basic flush-the-drain charge) so there were no ugly surprises. He explained why the drain was tending to clog after all these years: an old, cast-iron pipe in a 1947 house and the corrosion on the inside of the pipe would be impeding the flow along the pipe. He also gave us some very helpful advice on how to prevent, or at least delay, this problem in the future.
