    Clogged toilet

    Rotorooter quoted me a 2 week wait! Called Milani about a plugged toilet at 8.30 am. Tech arrived at 10.00 am and had completed the job by 10.05. Thank you for your excellent service from the call centre staff (Dave) to your wonderful technician (Thiago)!

    Backed up drain in my suite

    Great service. Rob was very thorough, took time to explain things to me and gave good advice on what’s needed next to be sure I don’t have a flood! Would definitely hire him again.

    Blocked toilet

    Excellent service from Rob. Very friendly & answered my questions in language I could understand. Took Covid 19 precautions which were appreciated. I will use Milani Plumbing in the future!

    Plugged drain

    Thiago was very polite and efficient. Milani responded to my email inquiry right away and they were able to send someone out the next day to fix my clogged drain. Would definitely recommend.

    Fast, effective, cordial and quote-accurate!

    Rob came in, inspected, used the snake and eventually got it unblocked! Cordial, friendly and efficient. Plus, no attempt to crank up the price, like other plumbers I've used before... Would call again for sure.

    Kitchen tap replacement

    Darren was awesome. Showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. Extremely happy with the job he did and would highly recommend him and this company as we used them before to replace a bathroom tap. He explained everything throughly. We are very happy with our new tap

    leak solved!

    Gur was punctual, excellent, professional, efficient! Provided clear explanations and solution. Leak was fixed neatly and soundly. He is an excellent tradesman and represents Milani very well. His work was well done and neat. The Milani company is excllent from the moment you call the 24/7 number. They ask the right questions to provide the right technician for the job, keeping you in the loop from the moment you call until the technician is at the door. The company exceeded all expectations in service. Would highly recommend.them to friends and family and will definitely contact them again in future.

    1927 House - Leaky Pipe in Ceiling

    Austin, the plumber from Milano did a Super fast tracing of the source of a leak above the drywall ceiling, which turned out to be a crack in a copper pipe, and performed a a fast effective repair. 100% Happy.

    Replace toilet

    Phablo was excellent. He was courteous, professional and explained the process when additional work/ parts needed to be added. An excellent experience ! I would recommend the service to anyone
