Called for a slow leak from the second floor bathroom to the first floor ceiling. Got Phablo who went straight to work to diagnose the problem. I told him it's either the toilet or shower leaking. He checked both and at first couldn't find the problem. So he had to cut a hole and found out it was just a very slow leak from the shower seal. I didn't like how he didn't have the parts on his vehicle and it was company policy to keep charging for time while he went back to the office. But fortunately it was close by only took him total 20 minutes roughly, which was almost another $59 charge. But I was glad with Phablo as he worked hard and finished 30 minutes faster than he said he would. Overall it was a good professional job and I would recommend to anyone as well as use them again.

The faucet was expensive, there was only a couple models to choose. We emailed at night and got a call the next morning, technician was here the same day. Prompt and courteous service!

Ali showed up to check on my new furnace that was not working correctly because of the heat exchange not being turned on. He solved the problem relatively quickly and gave me some good advice. He was very polite and professional and knew his stuff. He is highly recommended Thanks Dan

After discovering the garborator was leaking and needed replacing we decided to eliminate it altogether. Milani was called and the next morning the plumber arrived and 2 hours later the offending device was removed and fresh pipes and sink drain hardware was professionally installed. I am 100% satisfied with the work.

As mentioned in the title we found out a pipe was leaking behind the wall. Of course there was panic and are willing to do anything to have a plumber. Phoned milani plumbing and someone pickup right away. In half an hour George showed up and was able to diagnose and fix the leak in no time. Even though it was in the middle of the night he was still willing to answer for us some other plumbing questions. He is very courteous and extremely professional. I will for sure request him for any of our future plumping needs.

They did a great job. They came quick and with CoVID19 the had procedures in place that I think we're really smart and showed they cared about their works and customers safety.

Update: Since my previous review, Milani reached out to me and apologised. We had a pleasant chat, they asked about my experience, and they agreed that the service, and explanations of the costs, should have been better. I accepted the apology, and since my complaint was never about the work performed, but about the way I felt 'handled' when I complained about the cost, I've updated this review and have changed my rating from 2 to a 3 star. I also received a credit on my file for any future work should I decide to call them again, which I will. I appreciate good customer service,.. even if it comes after the fact. Original review: The pressure balance on my shower broke so I only had ice cold or scolding hot water, nothing in between. No big deal, it's a Kohler part and easy enough to find on Amazon for $95. I ordered the part, bit decided to have a professional do the install so I called Milani. Service was quick enough, I told them the exact part they needed since I did not want to come out, don't have the parts and then charge me for a second call. Cost $189 for the first hour, $60 per half an hour if longer, I was told. The plumber, Valter showed up, nice guy, quickly got the job done, and then gave me the bill, nearly $450! $220 for their part! I phoned up Milani, the first lady could not/would not help, and put me through to a Nicole,.. who was just as unhelpful. I was told the $220 is what they have to pay their supplier. Total nonsense of course, no company the size of Milani is going to pay a wholesale price that is more than double the retail price. They were totally inflexible. Not even a token 10% ($20!) discount. Everybody is dealing with the COVID-19 disaster and helping each other out, Milani chooses to make as much as it can. Last time I'll ever use Milani. We've been using Milani for our air conditioning at work (fixed price contracts), that will stop now as well. Luckily there are plenty of other air conditioning / plumber companies in Vancouver that know the value of good customer service.

We replaced our leaking 10-year old water tank with a new 40 gallon Bradford Water Tank from Milani Plumbing. I found Mattia, the technician, to be highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. His workmanship and attention to detail was impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Mattia and Milani Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

Miguel has done a few jobs around my home and I find his work to be excellent. When problems arise he has solutions that save time & money. He is polite and friendly. He offers me choices and shares his knowledge. I have worked in engineering & architecture so I know what I am speaking of. I am extremely happy with his work.

Devon was outstanding, extremely impressed with the service I experienced with him. He is professional, efficient and personable. I will be recommending Milani to anyone needing plumbing, heating or drainage service because of the experience I had today.
