Devon came in and got right to work, he made sure to get the job done efficiently while taking the time to make sure everything was done right. He was very friendly and informative!

These guys are prompt and efficient in their work, which we really appreciated. Our new tankless hotwater system is a treat to use, takes up way leas space and is an eco friendly solution to our old system.

I was very disappointed that Milani sent Sandra for my service. My building manager suggested Peter or Patrick. I also requested many times and even willing to be delayed. However, Sandra changed my mind, he provided a good service and professional skill. Even more, he checked my sink faucet. Please send my deep appreciations to him. Richard did a great job fixing a leak in my shower and replaying toilet wax seal in my bathroom. He was to the point and precise and explained what he was doing.

Morgan, Miguel and Amerjit installed a new drainage system for me. They did an outstanding job, starting and finishing on time. They worked very hard every day, they brought intelligence to the job, and they worked as a TEAM at all times. They left the site tidy at the end of each day and washed everything down before they left. These 3 men are true professionals and have set the bar much higher than I thought possible. They have outdone all of my expectations. I will certainly recommend Milani Plumbing to all my friends.

We had a drainage issue in our laundry room and required some augering. A Milani technician was sent to our house and after an hour, left without really fixing the problem. The next day when the drainage issue continued, I called Milani to complain, and they immediately made steps to rectify the situation. They made a new appointment for me, sending a different technician, Devon, who remedied the issue for us, at no extra charge. Devon was friendly, very thorough and explained everything to us, and by the time he left, our gurgling issue was no longer. Thanks Devon!
