    Recalcitrant Drain Pipe

    The aging pipes in our 72-year-old house can be a bit sullen and recalcitrant at times but the drain pipe from our kitchen sink was something else. Rob had to chisel out the original cap to be able to auger the pipe out thoroughly - but carefully - because those aging pipes are getting thinner by the year. But Rob was extraordinarily careful and thorough and did the best job I could have imagined. My wife and I are profoundly grateful!

    water main

    Fast and quality water main replacement service thanks to Mirza, Miguel, Shawn and Eugene on May 10, 2019... As a result, we were able to get our water restored quickly....

    Kincaid project

    Unclogged the backed up sewer line to the house on a Sunday. Showed up on time and performed the work very quickly and explained what caused the problem and how to be proactive in the future. Nice clean up of the messy job too.

    Sanitary Line Replacement

    Awesome Crew, very communicative, understood our needs and were exemplary in ensuring the job was done as quickly, as safely and as understanding of our needs as possible. The day they unhooked our existing sanitary line to the new line they had 4 guys working non-stop from 8:30am to 4pm no breaks whatsoever.... would recommend to anyone

    KPU surrey Sanitry replacment

    Mirza and Miguel did an amazing job. They worked in a safe manner, communicated very well and did a top notch job. They cleaned up our site so well. Well done.

    Raff and shawn analized problem in quick order. Good friendly service highly recommend thank you for the service it was well worth it good job all around to hoth raff and shawn

    Call back due to new leak in bathroom sink pipe

    First plumber fixed clog in bathroom sink. Later I discovered the pipe was now leaking and there was water under the sink. This was as a result of the first visit as it was not leaking before the plumber came to work on the clog. I phoned Milani and they happily sent out another plumber to fix the dripping pipe. There was no charge for this call back. Milani does guarantee their work.

    Water main replacement

    I called Milani for a leaking water main. From start to finish, the staff demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Their sales rep (Claude) was able to immediately understand our unique crisis. He explained very clearly what was needed and how the work would be done. I was also impressed by the crew (Mirza, Matt, and Omar). Undaunted by our ancient pipelines and stubborn terrain, they worked hard all day and were determined to get it done as promised. Thank you's and kudos aplenty

    Blocked Utility sink

    Weston was personable, friendly & polite. He tackled the job & had the blockage resolved well within an hour. He gave me advice on my 67 year old plumbing when asked which is appreciated. I felt comfortable in his presence & will request him again should the situation arise.

    No surprises, all good.

    Just had a water tank replaced by Mark from Milani in North Van. When I made the appointment, the lady on the phone explained the billing expectation and possibilities very well. No surprises. He arrived on time this morning after a heads up call from their office. Amiable, cheery guy to do business with. The removal/installation was done in a timely manner and the resulting job was a marked improvement over the existing installation. A very tidy work, on budget, on time. Very happy and will use them again.
