    Emergency plumber

    Came home to a water leak in the middle of the night. Called Roto-Rooter’s 24 hr emergency service, let’s just say no one called, no one was fit for service, not kidding. What a let down, especially in an emergency. Called Milani, spoke to Dave. What a welcome relief, made me feel I was priority. Mike (truck #62) arrived, and quickly and efficiently went to work. Mike was personable, very informative and to go further he had good suggestions to prevent accidents in the future. I highly recommend using Miani.

    Leaking pipe

    Rob arrived at my restaurant to fix a plumbing problem under our main sink. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and we were able to re-open the restaurant right away. We were extremely happy with his service and will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber.

    Drainage and leaky taps

    Matt came out and sort our issues very quickly with advise on how to prevent things happening in the future. His service and professionalism was second to none and I would recommend Milani for plumbing and drainage every time!

    Hot water tank install

    Mike in truck 62 installed a new Bradford and white hot water tank with in 1.5 hours .. he was professional and updated my tank with the lastest code requirements . Next year we will call milani to do our aging furnace .. thanks again

    Furnace checkout

    Jag is very knowledgeable and courteous. Fixed the furnace and provided advice about proper care of equipment. Service was good and quick, service report detailing all checks and test done. Thanks Jag and Milani!

    Hot Water Tank install

    After 18 years with no problems with my existing Hot Water Tank, I felt it was time to have a new one installed before I did have problems. Customer service agent on the phone at Milani was knowledgable and pleasant. Installation technician (Mark) arrived on time, handled the switch from the old to the new professionally in 2 1/2 hours. Bradford White tank comes with a 10 year warranty. Good to go.

    Dual Hotwater tank installation

    Mike P removed and installed 2 new hot eater tanks today. He was on time, friendly and informative. He took the time to explain the features of the new tank, safety issues and the warranty features. He left the work area tidy also

    Mirza Osm

    It was an emergency situation and the job was done quickly. About 1.5 hours from the time I called Mirza was onsite and found the problem right away and fixed it. Thank you Mirza

    Mirza was friendly, efficient and helpful - much appreciated!

    Mirza arrived to assist with a blocked bathtub drain. He was friendly and efficient, and had my drain unblocked in a matter of minutes. I am now heading out to get a new drain net on his recommendation. Thank you, Mirza - your professionalism and great attitude were very much appreciated!

    Hot water tank install

    Mike came to install my hot water tank ... he was fast and efficient. Cleaning up after himself and explained the warranty so could understand it if any problems came up. Great job and we will continue to use milani again...
