    Kitchen plumbing repair

    Matt M. came within half and hour from Burnaby and fixed my leaking kitchen plumbing problem within 15 minutes. The whole pipe had broken clean off from rot and he replaced it with new piping, changed the slope of the drain so it would drain better. "Broken tail piece". Matt is very personable, clean, neat and friendly. He could solve the problem immediately and was so efficient, that I just had to write a review. I knew I could count on Milani plumbing, as our family has been using them for 40 years. Nora

    Mirza Osm

    Mirza was great in working with us. Very nice and knew different risks with different solutions and gave us options on what we wanted to do with an outside drain that was plugged up. I would recommend him to any neighbor.

    Emergency Sewer Clearing

    Mirza Osm did a great job in helping us clear out our backed up sewer line after midnight. He knew what had to be done, removed the initial blockage, tested, but unfortunately was still blocked. He continued the work and found out the "root" cause, which was unfortunately roots grown into our line and proceeded to clear the way. He did the job professionally and as quickly as possible. And in the process reseated one of our leaky toilets. Also gave us advice on what to expect with the in grown roots and how to contact the city for assistance and did his best to clean up any mess after the job was done. Great work and thanks, Eric

    Dishwasher installation

    Matt Morrow was competent, and thorough when installing dishwasher. He checked after completion for leaks etc. Highly recommend him andMilani. The company phoned and told me he was 30 minutes away and Matt arrived oh schedule.

    Hwt install

    Mike came out and did a great job.... he was fast and explained everything right down to the warranty he wore his booties and was very friendly... great job well recommended milani to all we know

    Kitchen sinc

    Hello there, I got an exent service by Mirza form Milani, very professional, quick. and very easy to communicate​.​He discovered the issue and fixed in less than 20m.     Kitchen tap installation

    excellent and professional crew, very people minded, very responsive, on time and doesn't mind sharing tips and provide recommendations. Will use them again. Mike did a fantastic and professional job

    Boiler Repair

    Our boiler was consistently shutting down with the pilot light not staying on. We called Milani's after hours service and Dave was very helpful and dispatched Mike P, Truck 62. Mike was very knowledgeable and found all the issues right away. He cleaned out the boiler, replaced the thermocoupler, tested the flame, all wiring and adjusted the controls. He even fixed the thermostat in one of the bedrooms that we had issues with. The boiler is 20 years old, needs more maintenance and soon replacement. Mike advised us on what to install when we replace it. We will definitely use Milani again. Thanks Mike P! Great job!

    replace old sewer pipe and sump drain

    We live in a 1920s bungalow. The old sewer pipe and sump drain needed to be replaced. Milani arrived and worked tirelessly to do the repair and cleaned up wonderfully when they were done, including laying topsoil and reseeding the area dug up.

    Toilet Problems

    Great customer service! I called Milani and they were able to have someone come and look at the problem the next day. Mark C. was professional and courteous. He inspected our toilets to find the problem and fixed it and also made some suggestions to avoid future problems. Thanks, Mark C.!!
