    Plumbing and furnace repairs

    The gentleman were kind and efficient. They explained everything and let me ask any questions I needed to. I truste their judgement and would be happy to have them back!

    Plumbing issues

    Mike p came and fixed my kitchen taps and put my mind at ease he noticed that I have poly b pipe in my house and I’ll be dealing with that soon too thank you mike p for the great work !!!!!

    Hot water tank replacement

    Contacted Milani on a Sunday to request a hot water tank replacement and to flush the radiant heating system in our home. A plumber arrived the next morning, on time as scheduled. Greg and his helper put down drop cloths on the carpet, and washed up the tile floor prior to leaving. Work was done quickly and with good humor. The new tank, and a report on the existing boiler and heating system, was reviewed with me prior to departure. Very happy with plumber Greg and Milani. Would recommend and will call in the future.

    Potential Hot Water Tank Replacement

    We had no hot water so thought it's time for a new hot water tank. I am visually impaired and was putting items away in the storage room where the hot water tank is and I must have pressed the pilot light button without knowing it. Milani came out pressed the button and we had hot water. They saved us a bundle by being honest and not pushing a new tank on us. Thanks from Ryan F.

    Drainage Service

    TJ, Mirza & Joseph were very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. They did an excellent job. Would recommend the trio and Milani to my friends. We look forward to seeing them on a follow up visit to check and review that everything is in order and working well.

    Replace poly-b piping throughout the entire house

    Milani did an excellent job with replacing our poly-b piping throughout the entire house. The job was complicated because our basement is fully finished. Sandro & Rob took the time to think through the project and plan where to cut holes in the ceilings and walls to minimize the damage. They kept us informed of their progress and discussed options with us. We are very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them!

    Furnace service and toilet repair

    Showed up on time and did an amazing job. have an old furnace that they serviced and didn’t try and up sale to a new one and left the furnace area cleaner than when they showed up

    Leak in Bathtub Drain

    We use Milani a lot, because they are always reliable. They show up when they say they're going to show up, and they do what they say they are going to do. When you have a problem, they come and fix it right away - you don't have to wait for a long time to get an appointment. Recently, we called Milani because we had a leak, which turned out to be from our bathtub drain and involved a major fix to a very old steel pipe. Arash, who did our quote (on the Saturday) was prompt and professional, and they scheduled someone to come do the major fix the next business day. George, who did the major work, provided us with amazing service and was very amicable during the whole service call. He was very informative and walked us through exactly what work he would be doing so that we knew what to expect up front. He was very quick in his work, but thorough and highly professional in his speech and manner. Highly recommended, wouldn't think twice about requesting him specifically the next time we need Milani's services. Thank you!

    Watermain Replacement, Trenchless

    I would like to pass along our deepest appreciation for the work done at our residence on August 31st. Morgan, Matt, and Arman introduced themselves to undertake our watermain replacement and presented as very professional and polite. After a thorough job assessment everyone went to work. Throughout the day these individuals provided nothing but honest hard work. These fellows absolutely worked as a team and solved problems together as a unit. Morgan especially is one of the most dedicated hard working individuals I have ever encountered. He particularily provides incredible value to the Milani brand. The major work being completed on the eve of the Labour Day long weekend; David presented on Tuesday morning to complete inside slab concrete repair and backfilling of the excavations. He spent the majority of a day filling, smoothing and raking out rocks from our lawn and creek bank. Any passerby probably would not have been aware of the size of this project after he was finished. Absolute minimal footprint. Once again, thank you very much for the excellent service provided.

    Emergency repair leaking dishwasher

    Emergency leaking dishwasher causing surrounding laminate to lift. Called Milani at 0830. By 1000 experienced plumbers Mark & Richard arrived. Frustrating DW leaking/installation.Problem solved.New shut off installed.Outdoor hose tap replaced. Electrical fuse box safety assessed,Polite,professional and personable. Excellent advice given. Knowledgeable. Excellent clean up in work area plus carried the dishwasher out to the garage.I would call Milani for future plumbing concerns and recommend them to friends & family on the North Shore.
