    Sewer blockage

    We woke up to a smelly problem on a holiday weekend. Happily, Milani’s 24 hr. Service sent out Mirza and John who had the pipes cleared within the hour. And they even removed and resealed the toilet. Thank you.

    Kitchen plumbing issue

    I was very impressed with the professional service we received from Milani over the long weekend. They were very quick to dispatch and the technician John L Mirza O was very knowledgeable in the task at hand. Milani still remains our pick for all our plumbing needs.

    Emergency service for backup

    First time using Milani and very happy with the service. Received service within three hours of call. Technician Mirza was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will use Milani again in the future!

    Drainage work

    The plumbers were polite and knowlegeable. They knew what they were working on. Uniforms and trucks were clean Job co ordinator was most helpful. 'll be using these guys again and again

    American standard toliet fix ten star review

    This is the third time Derek has come and twice for the last repair. He always does a great job and he remembered my cat. The first time was in about 2012. Derek sure puts a lot Love in the great job he does. A ten star worker.

    Bathroom

    Past few months we have had Milani and several of their plumbers most recntly Matt M. Have been Very pleased with the service provided by the company and the workers.

    replace water cut offs and pressure valve

    Arash from Milani Plumbing worked on replacing our water cut offs and the pressure control valve for the house as well as identified why our ensuite sink was not draining well due to a faulty pop up drain assembly. Arash was professional and did a great job on our plumbing projects and I would highly recommend him if you need plumbing work done.

    Sump pump replacement

    I had Milani Plumbing quote on, and replace two sump pumps before winter sets in. The pumps were eight years old and it's good that they were replaced now, Matt the Technician found that one of them was not working. Matt also made some changes to the system that will insure better drainage and no more burned out pumps. He did a great job and was very helpful in answering my questions. Both Matt and the dispatch made sure the job came in around my budget.

    Sewer blockage

    We were very glad with the prompt and professional service we had tonight with Mirza, we were very much satisfied with the work he did to unblock the sewer, thanks to him we are going to sleep much better tonight because he made sure everything was alright before he left, and it was very nice talking to him.     Check your billing!

    We had a plugged drain and I wasn’t able to clear it by snaking or drains. Called Milani and they came the next day. Devon was our plumber and he was awesome. Friendly, courteous and knows his stuff. He even installed a new clean out plug for us, and checked for unrelated leaks. Throughout the day Milani dispatch updated me on when they would arrive. A level of service I’ve rarely encountered. Overall very happy! Update: Sept 27, 2018 Well... after getting my credit card statement, I found Milani had charged someone else's invoice on MY credit card, on top of my own invoice. Took some effort on my part (their front lines reception claims they never charged me for the other invoice), but their accounts receivables folks finally found the error and reimbursed my credit card. Wasted time and frustration with their customer service line drops them quite a few stars.
