    Sewer line blocked

    Rob H came to the house to unplug the sewer line in front of the house. He worked on the pipeline for 20 minutes with his coil machine confronting turns and bends along the way. Finally reaching the point of blockage he managed to pull out the culprit(a rag that had been blocked along with other materials.) The water flowed quickly after that. He explained his work precisely and politely and further advised me for future prevention of this type of problem. Rob H did a great job and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Rob!

    Sanitart and drain scoping

    Good service, on time and practacle advice. I had the drain line scoped and cleaned. Rob listed some possible solutions to the conerns that i had as a result of the video inspection.

    Interior pipe and water main replacement

    I would to thank Ryan M, Franz P, Sandro P and Morgan E for an excellent job. The work was extensive and as normally the case did not include the remedial work to replace any drywall that needed to be removed or landscaping resulting from replacement of the water main. Knowing I would be facing additional costs, I was quite anxious not knowing what these would be. In the end, I was more than pleased. The guys were very precise and made every effort to minimize the number of holes in the ceiling and walls . In addition, they carefully replaced all the sod on the lawn to the extent no one would be able to tell any work had been done at all! If these men represent the standards and work ethics of Milani Plumbing as a whole, I have no reservations in giving my recommendation.

    Hot water tank

    Awesome service with a human touch. The phone lines are responded to by humans, one does not have to be speaking to a machine and logging a request. The service personnel are experts at what they do and they care. The Milani engineer, Omid, who attended to our home went above and beyond, working late into the night to ensure that we were back on our feet the next day. Thank you so much, Milani

    Mike P truck 62

    Mike did a fantastic job replacing my hot water tank. His passion for his trade is obvious in the way explained the work he completed. He also was very informative in regards to explaining the warranty. Great job guys

    Hot water tank replacement

    Mike P. arrived promptly when promised. He was professional, courteous and friendly. An admirable job with great personality. He had all the necessary parts to complete the job on-site and explained what he was doing any why at each step.

    hot water tank

    Went away for a week. Returned late at night - hot water tank was kaput. Called Milani first thing the next day. Promised same day service. Mark arrived as promised. He was professional yet personable. We would have him back for any other plumbing issues.

    Leaking faucets

    We had three leaking faucets which needed the cartridges to be replaced. Jais provided an estimate of how much it would cost to repair and how much to install new faucets. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Would have given 5 stars if Milani provided shoe mitts for their plumbers to wear inside homes.

    Jag my AC technician

    Jag Was great. He quickly identified the problem And repaired our AC unit in under an hour. He also gave us some helpful tips to keep our air conditioning unit running well for years to come. Would recommend Milani plumbing and heating For anyone getting their air-conditioning serviced. Tom

    AC service performed by Jag

    Excellent job and service. Very professional and knowledgeble. Its was aweful without AC. But its going to be better now with it running again and just in time for the summer heat wave
