    Air Conditioning Installation

    Great Relief to hot weather, expedient quotation and patient services. Would stick to the company for future maintenance and HVAC related works. Would also recommend to friends if possible. Great!

    Hot water heater

    Our hot water heater started to leak from the bottom. I called to schedule an appointment. Jais came out the next day. He completed the replacement quickly, thoroughly and professionally. We are very satisfied with his work.

    Waste of Time

    Had water gushing from fixtures. A technician came and determined a drainage pipe or vent pipe on the roof might be the issue. A subsequent appointment was needed. I booked the appointment, my husband took the morning off work, and no one showed up. I called the office, was put on hold for over five minutes, called back and we were put through to an unapologetic man at dispatch who said there was a computer glitch so we weren't even in the schedule. At the same time, received a voicemail from customer service saying that our technician had called in sick so they were working on getting someone. Two totally different stories; am still waiting on a technician. Update: Technician was sent later that day and he was good. He scoped the pipes and did a thorough job. The technician was great; the initial issue with the booking inconvenience is what would make me hesitate to recommend.

    Hot Water Heater

    Very professional service, accurate estimate on the phone. They had to reschedule the appointment but notified me in plenty of time so I did not need to wait around needlessly. And on-time with the new scheduled appointment. Mike did a very professional job and a proper cleanup. Thanks. So far, my experience with this company over 2-3 jobs has been excellent and would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Jag ac tech

    as always Milani came thru have used them for ac and heating Tech was clean ,prompt and knowledgeable the sign of a good company is they can work thru a busy time and still provide a outstanding service thanks again

    Vacation Saved

    On Thursday night at 9:30 before a 5:30 AM Friday morning vacation departure we noticed water backing up in a bathtub and the kitchen sink. Our neighbor recommended Milani who had solved a similar problem for him earlier this year. Fortunately Milani was able to dispatch a technician immediately - Mirza O arrived soon after (making the trek from Langley to North Vancouver) and was awesome. Mirza quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed soon after, and he was professional, courteous and personable throughout. Thank you Milani and especially Mirza - vacation saved!

    Kitchen sink blocked

    We had a kitchen sink blockage problem on the long weekend. We called the company and they said if we could wait one day, they could charge us a regular rate. Our plumber, MIRZA was an hornets, friendly and hard-working guy. He solved our problem right away and cleaned after himself which is very rare these day for trades people. Thanks to him and MILANI has found a great employee with this MIRZA.

    Hot water tank

    Mike p. Truck 62 Milani great guy very knowledgeable. Explained the job before and after. Broke down the billing. Made sense to me. Cleaned up very professional and knowledgeable Tx Mike

    AC Repair

    AC leaked. Jay D. came to investigate and service. He put new access for drainage line, blew out line and tested and confirmed proper operation of AC. Very thorough and professional.
