    New Hot Water Tank Installed

    I called Milani for my leaking hot water tank. Mike (truck#62) came to do the removable of my old tank and installed the new one. He also recommended a new drip pan to match the new tank He was very kind and knowledgable of work being done. I would highly recommend his great service. Thx Myron Manzano.

    New water main

    Installed a new water main to carriage house, after a 'recommended' contractor cut the water off & would not return calls, to return to correct the works. Milani Plumbing came to our rescue and carried out the work in the hottest days of June. Completed work & cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend and use again.

    hot water tank

    My hot water tank is in a very tight space and a couple of other companies had declined to replace like for like with recommendations being a very expensive tankless solution or conversion to electric. Milani reviewed the site and had alternatives to keep the full size gas fired tank. They were very proactive in their communication in advance of Mikes arrival and the job was completed in a couple of hours.

    Washer water connection repair

    Arash was great and quick. Fixed the issue and also offered to correct the cold connection too so I wouldn't have to call back down the road. He also moved my dryer back into its spot so j wouldn't have to. Thank you very much!

    Replace kitchen tap

    Uwin was polite , efficient and quick. uwin cleaned up well after installing the faucet. Very professional and will call and recommend Milani in the future plumbing work. Thank you

    Water tank replacement

    Mike and Sean came to replace my tank. The old one leaked and flooded the basement.. They did a good job replacing the tank quickly, I would call Milani again for plumbing help.

    Gas Hot water tank replacemet

    Mike P. Truck 62: excellent service, very prompt and quick, very satisfied with his work. Dave at the Burnaby office gave me the approx. quote over the phone which was in line of what I was expecting. Dispatcher let me know ahead of time when to expect Mike to arrive, since he was in another place servicing another customer. Many thanks to ALL of you! Great job especially taking your time on Father's Day! Linda

    Hot water tank replacement

    Mike came by this morning to replace our hot water tank. He was super efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. Definitely would recommend Mike for any other work.

    water leak

    Uwin was cleaning and polite and articulat. Very good with communication and very good at his work. Will recommend uwin and milani plumbing to everyone. Asked uwin about other plumbing problems and gave very good suggestions

    Emergency replace hot water tank

    Milano was top notch from my urgent call until the job was completed. Very professional. Arrived right on schedule and provide services at a reasonable price. I would definitely call them again
