    Hot water tank

    Excellent service By Eugene and Mike P The tank was very hard to remove and replace and they did it and this is the second time they replaced my tank I highly recommend these guys.

    Mike P and Milani Plumbing

    Mike P came over from Milani Plumbing to remove my blown hot water tank. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and did the work fairly quickly. He fully explained the new system and took care to make sure everything was done to code. I would certainly use again.

    Diego - thank you for the professional work and advice

    Hot water pipe had leaks inside the walls. Placed an emergency call and Diego responded quick to assess and resolve the issue. Diego was very courteous and professional. He also provided valuable advice about the current situation and long term planning. 10 out of 10 would recommend Diego and Milani!

    Water Main Replacement

    Today Milani replaced our water main. What a great experience from getting a fair quote from Derek L about a month ago to Nasip S, Matt K and Nate W replacing the water line and installing a new bib, PRV and shut off valve today. They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I am often anxious when it comes to repairs/renovations and worry about what could go wrong. And indeed this repair had its challenges. For instance when the team dug the trench they realized my property still had a galvanized steel line, which had corroded to the City of Vancouver (COV) water line shut-off valve and could not be removed. I was stressed, but Matt calmly said they would call the city to request that an employee come out to replace the shut-off value. After completing his call to COV to provide the details, he received a call back within minutes to inform him that a COV employee would be at my house within an hour, which turned out to be only 30 minutes if that! Kudos to COV! The three employees were so calm throughout the job and often explained to me what they were doing. Nasip was extremely thorough with all his plumbing work (he even checked his soldering with a mirror to see under the pipes). Matt often checked in with me to ensure I would be happy with the final results, which I am! Nate and I had a nice conversation during his lunch break about life in Vancouver and food. Thanks guys…your actions, expertise and conversations all put me at ease. I will be using Milani for future plumbing needs.

    Immediate repair of broken fixture supply

    Potentially disastrous leak fixed very fast and professionally checked for any other troubles and resolved some other issues very easily Will always recommend Milani. And Adrian is excellent. Thank you

    water heater replacement

    Technician Mike P. was quick and professional removing my old 40 gallon water heater from my garage closet and installing a new one. Only took about an hour. Fast, knowledgeable service.

    Blocked drain in basement

    Tenants reported a backed up drain causing issues with the toilet and the backup water flowing into the bathtub at 9:30pm today. Called Milani and the service tech Mirza Osm showed up 30 min later. I was expecting a longer wait and was very surprised. The issue was dealt with very quickly. Mirza was very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him. I would definitely call Milani again for any future issues. Highly recommended. Richard on Waverley

    Sewer emergenvcy

    Fantastic service.. it was 7:30pm and our drains were all backed up, we live in a bungalow with one bathroom so I called Milani plumbing and as for the 24 hour service. They called back within 15 minutes and said a plumber would be there within 90 minutes. The plumber showed up in less than an hour and started work. The plumber was very pleasant and professional. The issue was fixed within 1 hour and we were back to normal. I highly recommend Milani Plumbing. The plumber even took the time to explain everything and the fact that if this happened again they have a service where a plumber can come with a camera that can be run through the stack to look for additional problems. Not sure or the plumbers name but he was great, service was done on May 29. 2018. Thanks Milani.

    Replace Hot Water Tank

    We received a quote from a competitor for $1,475 plus tax. We got the same tank with better warranty from Milani for $1,465 including tax. Mike was quick and efficient, done in under 1.5 hours. I would use this company again.

    Blocked Drain

    A Sunday morning with a flooded basement bathroom. My first thought was Milani, ( I had used them before for previous work, external drainage, and internal plumbing ). Mirzani my service tech not only arrived quickly and on time as scheduled, but he was very professional and personable. He went out of his way to keep the work area as clean as possible to prevent further water displacement. I am very glad that I called them as they helped me out of a messy situation and was able to get on with my Sunday.
