Drew was on time, pleasant & obviously very knowledgeable notwithstanding our two units are 30 years old. We now have fireplaces ready for the winter season. I recommend Drew.

Overall was a good experience. However, I felt their sales rep should have been more knowledgeable as he recommended an AC installation when my electrical panel did not have enough AMPS to support the installation. I found out later there would be an additional cost of between $7,000 to $10,000 to upgrade my electrical panel so I decided to cancel the AC installation. I also was recommended to convert my old standard furnace into a new high efficiency furnace, but was never advised that it would require additional piping and dry wall removal to make the installation. However, Morris the installer was excellent and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed about everything regarding the installation and showed me how to operate the new furnace and tankless water heater. Overall, it ended up being a positive experience as the installation people were excellent!

we called Milani Plumbing 24/7 service on a Saturday night about 10 when it became apparent we had a leak in our family room ceiling. They advised the on call technician, Drew, would be there in about an hour. Drew arrived, was very pleasant, saw the issue immediately, and got straight to work replacing the leaky portion of the pipe. He explained what he was doing and was done within an hour. We were very pleased with Drew and his service! Would definitely use Milani Plumbing again!

The company that installed our furnace did a terrible job. They had to be called back to fix their work. We regret not going to Milani first. Sia discovered some serous problems and fixed them right away. He was professional and knowledgeable. We are Milani customers now.

Ali was friendly and hard working. Installed the hot water tank in about 4 hours. Our quote did not include copper piping and other materials which added a few hundred more than we expected. Otherwise satisfied.

Mirza was so helpful, very professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I am not educated at all when it comes to plumbing and he really took the time to provide context and answer all my questions in lament terms. He was so understanding with my mom, who speaks English a second language, and made it simple for her to understand as well. My mom and I were so impressed by Mirza that I will definitely be asking specifically for him going forward for all my plumbing needs with Milani.
