Dominique did a great job on a very complex installation. Our new faucet works perfectly.

We had a heat pump installed by Milani last July. We were impressed with their service and are happy with our new system- heat in the winter and cool in the summer. We would recommend them if you are considering a heat pump.

The service man Peter was polite, on time and diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner right away. He also cleaned up after the repair. We would recommend Milani for any A/C job and would ask that Peter be available for the service. Sincerely Phil MacAllen

We had been a long time, loyal customer of one of Milani's competitors but recently have become disappointed with them for various reasons, including being overcharged. Hopefully, now with Milani, things will be better, and so far so good. Ali was or technician and was excellent in all aspects. The only question we have is about the time billed for -- are we charged for his travelling time as well as his actual on the job work time? His time here was 52 minutes (from past experience with Milani's competitor I had learned to time them) but we were charged for over one hour. This amounted to $79 plus tax -- a considerable amount of money for us old age pensioners on a fixed income.

Had a broken pipe in a crawlspace* which required us to shut off the water to the whole house.. I called late in the afternoon and the repair guy arrived right at eight the next morning. Despite the awkward location he had it fixed in short order.

Spectacular service, from inquiry to service we had the most genuine and professional service. So kind and knowledgeable, got the job done efficiently and thoroughly while providing further recommendations. Just a wonderful first time experience with Milani. Highly recommend. Thank you!
