Our gas furnace stopped working before noon on a cold day. I phoned Milani's and a repairman was at our house by 2:00, and the furnace was repaired by 3:00. The repairman man was clean and efficient. We did not have to spend the night without heat.

I required a new gas hot water tank so I phoned Milani Plumbing and set up an appointment. The plumber arrived on time, was pleasant and did a neat job. He cleaned up after himself and also installed a vacuum tank on the water line to the tank He removed the old tank and I would use Milani again.

We called Milani plumbing on Saturday July 5th because we noticed that our Hot water tank was leaking .The technician came in an hour to replace it. Unfortunately he hit our balcony with his truck.We have piece of wood hanging from it.He was apologizing and was proceeding with installing the water tank.I paid him and he left. Than I noticed that we could not turn water on in one of our bathrooms.I called Milani plumbing they said it has nothing to do with replacing Hot Water tank. I"n not a plumber but everything was working before and I do not understand why it will not be working suddenly. I very unhappy with Milani plumbing.Yes they did replace the Hot Water tank very quickly which was great.But on the other side damaged our balcony and now we have no water in one of the bathrooms. I called them twice but they can not do anything because they do not have manager on over the weekend. So $1100.75 dollars later damaged balcony and no water in one of the bathrooms.It is not acceptable at all .

My technician Andrew was awesome, he was kind,professional, and went above and beyond while doing the work. My boss said it was the best $200 bucks spent!! Thank you Milani.

Called for an issue with our furnace. The guy offered to see if we wanted a new furnace and we declined. He said there was a fan motor that needed to be replaced and so we got it replaced. The furnace started misbehaving again. Milani came back and replaced the control panel. Now we're $1200 into the services so far. Then, the original issue that we called for the first time started again and they said the only way to fix it is to replace the whole furnace. This seems incredibly suspicious to us. An offer to replace the furnace the first time. Then, a patch job which fails 2 weeks later and now we have to replace the whole furnace. Will not be using their services again. STAY AWAY.

Anthony was excellent and cleared lots and lots of hair from my daughter's bathroom drain. Very efficient, polite and professional! I would not hesitate to recommend Antony and Milani's Plumbing to all my family and friends.

After posting my review below, I was pleased to receive a response from Milani, which unfortunately is rare in this day and age. Their thorough review and courteous response to our concerns were genuine and well thought out. I can say that the resolution will ensure I reach out to Milani in the future for any trades services I need. Despite our initial interaction with Milani, I can truly say that they are a caring organization that has genuine concern over their clients experience. Many thanks to Sukh for your time and consideration. It was very much appreciated. We had a minor leak under our kitchen sink so reached out to Milani through their website. The response was prompt with respect to setting up an appointment, however it wasn't until the plumber was on his way that they called to outline the cost. $189 just for the visit, regardless of any actual work to be performed. $90 per hour thereafter. The plumber arrived and literally hand tightened a joint to fix the problem. No materials, he was in and out within half an hour. The individual was pleasant and actually felt guilty as he knew the cost and the fact it was a fix that could have been performed by anyone with two hands and the ability to turn righty tighty. Unfortunate that this company fits the stereotype that those without a trades background always fear. An absolute rip off with respect to billing for literally no work performed. Lesson learned to call as many options as possible to ensure charges are reasonable and based on actual work/parts.

The Milani crew was very quick at installation of the system and were very careful to go over the system to make sure it was done right. They were very polite and tried to explain the new furnace and heat pump operation to me. Thank You Bill

I replaced our hot water tank (with another plumbing company) and when the water was turned back on the hot water pipe burst. Called Milani, they came out the next day, assessed the problem and made recommendations. Old house so the recommendations made sense. Repiped the entire, the staff from the front office to the plumbers were all professional, friendly and always explained everything. Will call them again for any plumbing issues. Great work!!

Very punctual. Great follow up. Professional talent. Great results and several plumbers were made available over the three day repair period.. The plumbers involved us as owners in diagnosis of the issues so that we fully understood what we needed and how it would be done. Great experience.
