For insurance purposes I needed to change approx 60 ft of Poly-B to Pex. When I called Milani I spoke to Wyn who I was immediately impressed with. She knows Customer Service. She sent Joga out to survey what needed to be done. He was extremely professional, polite and originally when I stated I wanted copper he adv me it would be cheaper to put in Pex. I called my insurance company who approved it. Joga came back a few days later installed the Pex and at the same time changed the piping in the garage sink. He was extremely neat, not one bit of material on the crawl space floor or under the sink . I would definately recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Wyn and Joga. You both shine for Milani.

I have a very old Furnace at home. I called Milani Plumbing and they went right away for estimates... The next day, 2 guys came, and they change our old furnace to a new one. I am very happy about the outcome, because they did the job professionally, everything is working, most of all they are communicating with me as their customer. They gave me lots of information about the new furnace, and they fixed a lot of problems that I encountered from my old unit. They are very friendly and they clean the area before they go...

During the final process of making a condo. inspection-ready prior to it's sale a number of under sink leaks etc were discovered. This inspection was scheduled by the buyer for the following day. After phoning three other plumbers/plumbing companies with no definite promise to correct the problems prior to inspection, panic was beginning to manifest itself, that is until a call was made to Milani Plumbing where upon a service tech was dispatched within the hour. Joe is a very competent & efficient plumber who cheerfully got us out of the jam that we had found ourselves in. Well done Joe, thx a million B&B

I received a quote from Milani for a replacement high efficiency furnace. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. The installation was almost completely smooth except for two details: 1. The installer had some troubles installing my wifi thermostat and tried to convince me to go with a regular thermostat for a lower cost. I told him no and that he should just install the wifi thermostat as I asked. He did so with no problems. 2. The installer forgot to install a chimney liner, which was part of our contract. I called Milani the next day and they sent someone out to fix this with a big apology. Milani is an honest company, but that doesn't mean that you don't need to check up after them.

We had condensation on the water pipes in our boiler room. Milani's plumbing and heating expert got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it completely. We were very satisfied with Milani's punctuality and service. We will recommend Milani for all plumbing & drainage problems.

Very impressed with Milani from the time I booked the appointment over the phone to the time we had our furnace installed. Estimator was on time and very personable. The technician who installed the furnace was punctual, tidy and efficient and explained everything he did thoroughly afterwards. Excellent pricing compared to some other companies and were very accommodating in terms of scheduling. Highly recommend Milani and would use their services again!

We just did a complete remodel in our ensuite. Our contractor left the toilet loose. I called Milani. They showed up the next day, on time and on budget. No more leaks. No more loose toilet. Simple. Easy. Prompt. Thank you!

I used Milani Plumbing because of a Referral from a friend. Joe the Plumber came by June 8 (job no is 857319) and looked a my leaky water faucet, and fixed my troubled water faucet , he had to solder the faucet come apart, while waiting for the pipe to cooled down , i asked Joe to help looked at another faucet i had which i believe is leaking too. Joe took a quick look and said it just not turn off tightly enough. Trusting that he is the expert and i am not, i assume he is right. The next day i notice that the facuet that was looked at was still leaking and i called Milani 24 hrs after the appointment . I told that that the about what happened and they said that they will come by again and look at it but they will charge me a $98 "continuing rate " which i feel was absurd. I told them that i trusted their expertise that by i went by their word , now they want to charge me $98 just to have a look where it was already looked at and their plumber said it was not shut tightly enough. Will never used this company again. Really disappointed.
