On time, efficient, and friendly service. I had a gas water heater and expansion tank installed and the old one taken away. The job took less than two hours and I thought the bill was somewhat high but it has been twelve years since this tank was replaced and obviously prices have gone up. All in all , would use Milani again.

During a cold November night, my furnace stopped working. i had previously had work done by a local company who charged me appr. $1400 but could not remedy the problem. They advised that I would need my thermostat replaced and if that didn't solve the problem, I would need to move on to other, more expensive parts and repairs.A friend suggested I call Milani before proceeding. From the first contact with Maria, to meeting the tech, Darren K., it was a very positive experience. The problem was solved quickly and inexpensively with no attempt to upsell or charge me for parts I was told by the "other company" I would need. I couldn't be more pleased with the services of Milani and have already invited them to quote on the installation of an air conditioner in my new home. It isn't often I am inspired to give kudos, but this is well deserved. Thanks, Milani! You should be proud of your staff!

The company was very professional they were on time and quick to point out the problem they were respectfull of the original quote They showed me the used parts that were being replaced and I was given the guarantee of the new parts Overall the service was great

We had a flood and called Milini and they arrived right away. Damon was very efficient and helpful. It took a couple of days to complete the job but I felt that the job was done very well and efficiently. Damon explained the job and completed it as discussed. There was no wasted time and I felt I received more value than I paid for.

We had a problem with our toilet and didn't know really how to solve it. We called Milani and they said it was a relatively minor problem and in retrospect we probably should have just fixed it ourselves. I can't remember the name of the fellow who came by but he was really nice and he also inspected a few other issues we had.

I saw the Milani trucks driving around my neighbourhood and decided to go with them to replace a sink and faucet. Job was done as the estimate had stated. Overall satisfied. They're a bit pricier than the regular handyman but you know you're getting a plumber to do this job right.

My Janitor could not turn off water under the toilet as it was broken. She informed me and the only company that answered my call was Milani, others did not answer or you had to leave a voice mail. MilaniTech phoned me half an hour to give me head up that he was on his way.Tech arrived in time and check out the problem but he also checked all another toilet that was making hissing sound. He found two other problem and he fixed it. He found that water pressure is too high which was the cause of water leak problems. We have found Milani reliable and professional and courteous and we would recommend to all.

We recently hired Milani to service our boiler. We couldn't get a booking right away with the previous company and so we decided to call Milani. They were willing to come out on a Saturday which was the most convenient day for us. It turned out that our boiler was in pretty rough shape and the Milani service rep did an excellent job cleaning and repairing our boiler. He was very professional and did a pretty good job explaining what needed to be done and why.

Had a drain sewer block on the weekend and it was great to know that Milani operates 7 days a week and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Matt F came to fix the issue and after I provided some information he knew exactly how to resolve the issue. Matt was friendly, professional, efficient and a great representative of the Milani brand and company. I wouldn't hesitate to call Milani again for any plumbing issues or recommend them to people.
