I was very happy with Milani, especially the technicians who came to my house; Mykola and Kenny and all involved in work on my house. They have worked very hard and I really appreciate all their efforts. It is so hard to find good plumbers who take pride in their work let alone find people who are extremely clean and tidy up once the work is done. But Milani was and we are really thankful for that.

I called Milani for a furnace install and I couldn’t be happier with the service I got. Right from the customer rep on the phone, to the technicians who came in to install the furnace, they were all exceptionally professional and friendly. What I liked the most is not only they were very clean and professional with the work they’ve done, but they also explained every step of the process as they moved along. From a customer’s point of view, this is a very good quality. Keep up the good work Milani!

My step-daughter Helen experienced a problem with the main water shut-off valve to her unit. After much investigation, it was found that the management of this complex did not have the necessary blueprints that showed where the main outdoor shut-offs are located. Milani was contracted to find the answer and fix the shut-off valve. Damon and Shane arrived here this morning, on schedule, in the rain, and proceeded directly to attack the problem. It was a bit difficult, but their persistence and knowledge prevailed, and the proper main shut-off was located, and the house shut-off valve replaced without incident. I would like to express my sincere thanks to these two gentleman for their professionalism and excellent work. I would recommend them forthwith for any plumbing problem anyone might have. Before this work commenced I was quite apprehensive about it. Damon and Mike put me at ease and worked through the problems and corrected them. Once again, my thanks to these two gents for an excellent performance.

I was very impressed with the excellent work done by Tim and Damon. they were polite, courteous, very professional. also, it is clear that they are very well trained and made the installation look easy. I was more than impressed. I will recommend Milani.

Milani did a great job with my plumbing emergency and I appreciate the service. I do, however, have three complaints: the plumber show up about three hours late (I had to miss work), he did not have the supplies necessary to do the job, and the billing was a bit confusing - I had to pay cash for the supplies he picked up (apart from my credit card arrangement) and was billed 30 minutes for him to initially get to my site?

I first used Milani 3 years ago. Paul recommended a new furnace. He arranged for Lennox to come with a new one and install it. He then came back after it was installed to check the installation. He showed me the bubbles of a little leak in the gasline installed and fixed it! My peace of mind is worth the bill (which is a lot for me) to have Paul S. come each year for a furnace cleaning. Next year I'll be getting a new water tank, so I'm saving monthly!! I referred him to my son who moved to a new home last year and Paul did a large job for him recently. He was also very impressed with the service. Thanks for the great service.

There were some difficulties with the equipment, but Milani reassured me that we wouldn't have to pay for that portion of the time. Our technician Winston was polite and helped to figure out where the problems with the drain might be. We hope our problem is solved.

Expecting a very expensive repair but the men and women at Milani were fantastic. They scoped the entire system and then cleaned it to make it new. Thanks to Jack, Mike and Becky. You are fantastic.

I was most satisfied with the work that Paul Young did for our tune up....he found a gas leak, idenified the source, ordered the new part and made arrangements to return the next afternoon to complete the tune up and install the necessary parts. The only complaint we have is that the first call, where he really did not much cost us over $100. I think from a customer service prospective, especially when the company will be returning to actually deliver the booked service as welll as install neew parts, the first trip should be included or comped as part of the service as this job turned out to be very expensive. Paul does an excellent job and each year I ask for him to do the tune up as I trust his careful and thorough work.

Milani Plumbing saved my basement! Milani plumbing repaired my drain tiles recently and they did a fantastic job. Our basement was leaking and they knew exactly what the problem was even though it was not obvious at all. They had to fix mistakes that my contractor had made and they did so efficiently and cost-effectively. All of the workers were very professional, polite and respectable. We would highly recommend them
