I just wanted to let you know what a great job Claude did yesterday snaking my drain tile. I had rented a snake the day before, but could not get the job done. He fought with it, and would not leave until we had water flowing through. Thanks again

Pleased with all plumbing work done, including figuring out tagouts for Riser Shutoff Valves in the underground parking, which were mislabeled (DMS and property mngr fault), and helping to warn other tenants affected. Also glad that Grant H had time to do xtra work, which included checking for rust under sink strainer-basket, and installing new Moen Kitchen Faucets provided by me. 100% satisfaction.

We called Milani for a furnace install. First of all I liked that they send a technician (Greg) to give you a free estimate on the furnace and he was a very knowledgeable and professional guy. We had a lot of questions and concerns before he showed up but by the time he left our house, we had no questions and we were very confident about what we wanted. The installation itself was also performed very professionally. They explained everything to us very clearly regarding the maintenance and emergency shut offs and everything. We are very pleased by the service, all the way from the beginning to the end. Everyone at Milani, customer service reps, dispatchers on the phone and technicians were very nice and professional. We definitely recommend this company.

Great job. They replaced the main water supply line at my son's house. I had the same work done at my own residence last year and Milani's price was less than 50% of the competition's price. I will be using Milani's plumbing services in the future based on this very positive experience.

Milani service was very good right from the time I called in. My technician Ali was so friendly and replaced my thermostat as needed. Loved the little red shoe covers, nice touch.

I got excellent service from Milani.. They reacted very quickly to an emergency. I was very appreciative of their quick response as we had a flood and needed a quick response. The technician (George) was excellent and went beyond the call of duty explaining everything and fixed the problem very quickly. Milani was exceptional when they replaced our water tank. Matt had to spend extra time worting out a mix up when the incorrect tank was sent; which he did graciously. The end result is we have the tank we wanted and the work was excellent. I waited a month to post this review to be sure. Very pleased. The office staff took all the appropriate information and service was done on time and professionally, we had to make a call back and the were there to resolve the problem the next day. I would definitely recommend Milani to my friends.

I had a natural gas furnace Lennox G61MPV, air filter and a programmable thermostat installed 5 days ago by Tim. The system works very good. So, I would highly recommend having it all done by Milani with 10 years warranty that includes parts and labour.
