Milani did a great job cleaning and upgrading my boiler system on Sept 14, 2011. My appointment was scheduled promptly and for a time that I wanted. Everyone that I talked to from Milani was very friendly. My technician was very knowledgeable.

Grateful for the promptness and for the competence of your services on the 19th. Thanks to both of the technicians, an ugly situation came and went in 5 hours! Thank you Milani!

I was totally impressed with your service; right from the telephone conversation where I requested a service call, to the rapid response (less than 2 hours the Technician was here with the required parts!) and the professional and courteous service provided by him. This is what customer service should be!

I called Milano and they were at the house within an hour. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the problem and solution. He was also very respectful of the house and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete.

I am very happy with the work that Kevin's team (Ross M. and Rob L.) has done at the restaurant. Rob is a very strong and hardworking young man who is always happy to respond when I make a request. I like to hear when the techs say “yes sir, not a problem." Also, Rob and Ross are very hard working.Rob single handedly moved the 50 gallon pump from the truck to clean the grease trap! I am very impressed with all the work they are doing. Rob L is an excellent technician. Thank you all!

Milani had a technician at the house withing hours to deal with a blocked drain. The problem was not at all straight forward and the tech. was willing to listen and work with me to solve this problem. Thanks Ed Ross

Furnace stopped working. Milani came to our rescue!! There was a burning smell coming through our heat ducts. We called Milani and they found a wire in the furnace that shorted out. They helped us turn off the furnace to prevent further disaster. Great job!!
