We had an emergency water issue and Milani was right there to help. Their employees were very quick to respond and to help problem-solve the situation. They provided options as well as recommendations to prevent future occurrences. Great work, Milani!

Back in November, our hot water boiler sprung a leak and water was soaking our basement carpet. It happened at the worst time being after midnight. We knew we had ro call a plumbing service asap and that we'd have to pay extra being if was after hours. Milani came by and replaced the recovery tank cylinder. The part itself was around $75 but the service cost about $350. Pretty steep but we were desperate and it was done. Overall happy with Milani but be careful with the after hours charge.

Our toilet backed up causing a big mess. We called Milani Plumbing to clear the main sewer pipe. They came within two hours with a large snake to clear the pipe. The blockage was cleared quickly using their heavy duty equipment. It took about 30 minutes to complete the job. We were very satisfied with their work.

The water pipe from the city valve into the house sprung a leak and created a water feature in our front yard. The dispatcher explained their rates and gave an approximate time for the service manager's arrival; he was very patient answering questions. The service manager looked at the site, the water regulator in the house, and explained the possible best and worst case scenarios, along with approximate costs, potential problems. He's not paid on commission for the service we choose, so his advice was candid and unbiased. Drainage guy arrived within 30 mins, dug a 3'x4'x3'deep hole to find a huge boulder on top of the leaky pipe! He dug around it as much as he could while waiting for a proper drill and tools to be sent over to split the boulder. After the boulder obstacle was removed, they epaired the leak without problem. Milani was very reasonable - Service was charged from the time the drainage guy arrived and began work - didn't include the service manager's time, nor the time waiting for the drill tools to arrive. Very professional attitudes and manner.

Phoned the emergency number to help with flooded basement, and in less than an hour technician responded to the call and quickly cleared drainage system to end the flooding. He then agreed to come back the next day to complete the repair. The service was outstanding!

we just had a big makeover in our house and changed the pipes along with a whole bunch of other things. we phoned Milani and they sent a technician pretty much right after the phone call. Very nice guy, knowledgeable and polite. Made us feel involved in every step of the process explaining everything it in detail. our neighbours said it's a bit expensive but honestly for the amount of work that's done, i'd rather pay a little bit more and get it done properly and use it for many years. go with Milani if you want a long lasting plumbing system!

Furnace needed repair as there was no heat coming on. Called Milani. Came right away. Great service thru Milani. Fixed in no time! Would recommend Milani to friends and family.

Milani technician was very friendly and informative. He explained what he was doing, fixed the problem and left the place cleaner than it usually is. I definitely recommend Milani to everyone.

We were very please with the service. We had a pipe leak in our front yard from the water main, and the guy was able to come out the next day to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We found the price to be quite resonalbe considering the amount of work that needed to be done - it was a very labour intensive job.

We added an addition on to our home in 2010 and we are sorry we hired Milani. Always get a firm price or else they will overcharge you. We couldn't believe the cost of just moving a sink 1 foot from it's old position. After a costly install the inspector didn't pass it and my husband had to fix it himself in order to get it passed. Also, we found charges on our credit card that we didn't have invoices for. We had to email them to request the invoices and they charged us for visits that never even happened (they did finally reverse the charges - but beware). I do not recommend them.
