    Shower Faucet Repair

    Les was polite and very professional in his work.He arrived and did not waste any time. The repair was done quickly and he did a complete inspection of the house. I would definitly use his servives again.

    clogged kitchen sink

    I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Adrian from Mr. Rooter. I had a kitchen sinking that was completely blocked and anything that I had tried to unclog it hadn't worked. Out of desperation, I pulled out the yellow pages and had remembered using Mr. Rooter a few years ago to replace the waterline from the house to the City line. I liked the fact that they respected you and your property and were willing to answer questions, no matter how simple the question was. Mr. Rooter sent me Adrian to fix the clogged drain. Adrian fixed the problem and gave me helpful hints to prevent this from happening again. He was a very pleasant person to have in my home to do this quick repair. I would not hesistate to call Mr. Rooter again in the future and would specifically request Adrian.

    Leaky tub & Toilet

    I noticed a couple of leaks in my basement which turned out was coming from my tub & toilet. John Dima came by and was able to fix the problem right away and fairly quickly. Great service and even signed up for their Advantage Plan membership.

    broken water line in basement

    we had a broken line and leak in the basement. Ziggy came and did a clean fast job and assured our family that the problme is fixed. Explained everything and made us feel important. Was very polite and an overall great experiance having him there.

    Leaking faucet

    Chris Cochrane came to my house to fix an outside faucet. He arrived within the hour after being called. He was extremely friendly and helpful and he went out of his way to look for a water turn-off that wasn't even required for him to find. I would definitely call him for future service.

    Plugged Toilet

    Just a while ago, Ziggy Koska came to fix my plugged toilet. He arrived so quickly I was very surprised! He was very polite and used boots and a mat to protect my flooring. He was very professional and I will defintely call and ask for him next time I call Mr rooter. I am very satisfied!

    leaky faucet

    i had a leaky faucet, and Ziggy fixed it efficiently and within a reasonable amount of time. He was very patient on explaining the problem and very accurate on providing a solution. Ziggy was also very courteous anf I will definitely call Mr. Rooter if needed.

    Plumbing

    He came in, looked at the problem, gave me 3-4 options, quoting prices, pros and cons and results. Explained everything he was doing and fixed the job 100% in no time. Would recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problem.

    kitchen faucet

    I have used Mr.Rooter service many times over the years, and they have always given me superior service. Their latest job with me was to replace a kitchen faucet. Arrangements over the phone were efficient and courteous and Adrian and came out the next day. He laid out my options and the job cost clearly. The work involved replacing the faucet, a tricky job, but he did it without any cutting and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Adrian even tightened the drain for me! These guys are the best.

    Basement back-up

    Adrain from Mr.Rooter has customer service right from the moment you call in to the delivery of the invoice. Courteous and efficient. He was in time and all was good and well executed.
