    Sewer pipe repair

    We had a sewer pipe break in our basement and start flooding our basement. Grant Reuston from Mr Rooter came on Sunday, gave us a quote on the spot and then had a crew here on Monday. His crew did a great repair job and we now have water and sewage service again. Excellent and fast job!

    Clogged sink

    I got serviced by Rick and he was knowledgeable and worked promptly, he gave me a lot of tips, I would definitely call Mr. Rooter if I need a plumber, great job !

    Clogged laundry room drain

    Robert Cassels from Mr Rooter was a pleasure to deal with. A true professional. He was on site exactly when the switchboard/scheduler said he would be and got right to work snaking and clearing my clogged drain. In 20 minutes less time than he said he would need, my drain was right as rain, we had settled up the bill and he was one the way to his next call. I was very impressed. I hope I don't need him again but if I do, I will be sure to ask for Rob to answer the call.

    Sewer line out blockage

    Sewer back-up problem. Quick and effective response from Robert, Vladimir and Roman. Found collapsed pipe at back-trap, then located near 100% root blockage in line under house. New line installed with minimal excavation work. Very careful and thorough, within minimal mess and no avoidable damage (had to break through tiles and small portion of wall). Very good to deal with. Direct, to the point, took care to explain and demonstrate problems.

    Roots blocked the sewer

    Had 3 problems contributing to backup and decided to replace the entire system from back of house to city. Expensive but work was done on time and professionally. Main guys were Robert (PM), Roman and Vlademir.

    Toilet Repair

    Overall, pretty good and quick service. I called in for an estimate and they had someone come in and check the issue within the next day. Brian M was the plumber that arrived and gave an estimate on the spot. He was also able to fix the issue on the day of the estimate. I was very satisfied with the service.

    Pipe and sump pump repair/replacement

    I have used Mr Rooter in the past and they never disappoint. They were quick to come to my house and address the issue. I had just renovated my lower level so I was stressed to think I may have flooding due to the heavy rain that we have had this summer...I live across from Lake Ontario, a sump pump is a necessity. Chris and Fernando's workmanship, knowledge and friendly service is exceptional. Its nice to know that if I have a problem I can call and they get the job done.

    Bathroom sink leaking

    I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing for a leaking bathroom sink. Within 1.5 hrs my tech Rick showed up and promptly got to work. Rick explained every step of the way what happened and what he needed to do to repair. The job was completed in a very manner. I strongly recommend Rick and the Folks at Mr. Rooter Plumbing.     Proceeds kitchen faucet and valves

    Bruce Came to my condo repair a faucet ,he was very professional and very tidy .HE LEFT EVERTHING VERY CLEAN .he also was on time both times he came here.He also covered his shoes both times

    Shut off valve replacement

    Our homes water shut off valve was leaking so I called Mr. Rooter. Couldn’t get a quote until they came here but by then I already had the city shut off the water at a charge and needed the work done before 3:30. Was kind of stuck at that point to get other quotes. Happy with the end product but found out the price Mr. Rooter quoted was very steep for the service performed.
