    Drainge

    Brian arrived on site, and snaked out the bath tubs and sink. Replaced parts and fixed toilet. Highly recommended this company. Also helped in previous encounter where the basement flooded. Is reliable and comes in handy In an emergency situation.

    Kitchen Sink Drain Repair - Excellent Timing and Service

    Brian MacDonald (Technician) was sent by Mr. Rooter and arrived within 1 hour of calling the service. He was very friendly and professional and offered some advice on our plumbing in other areas of our house as well. His work was quick, efficient and very competent. After our positive experience, we would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

    Low pressure

    Mr. Alexandre Roumiantsev was sent by M.Rooter to lookinto the issue. Alex very patiently listened to me and observed the issue. He fixed it within two hours. Excellent job done. I will recomend Mr.Rooter for any plumbing needs.

    Bathtub faucet

    My Bathtub shower leaking he came in open one small wall did not solve the problem he said if want to open other wall need change $250. They did not do the good service. I don’t like.

    Exceptional Service, Tidiest Workers

    I've had my fair share of negative experiences with contractors and so I was apprehensive getting quotes on replacing a cracked drain pipe. When I was initially getting quotes for the work, Travis was the only person to take the time to fully troubleshoot the issue and give me a fair and accurate quote. During the project, Travis' team of plumbers were incredibly professional, tidy and efficient. They left the place looking better than before and took the initiative to walk us through in detail all of the work that they had done. It's clear that they have a real sense of pride in their work, and that it's of high quality. I'll never waste my time with another plumbing company - Mr. Rooter is now officially on speed dial.

    Toilet Repair

    The plumber, Robert Cassels, was excellent. He arrived on time and very quickly was able to assess the problem and provide me with a quote. He completed the work in a timely manner and explained to me exactly what he had done to make the repairs. He cleaned up the work area so that you would not have noticed he was there. Most importantly the repairs were completed on time and on quote. Robert is a very friendly and personable individual. Thank you for your good work

    New toilet and great service

    Rick was very helpful in listening to all of our plumbing-related questions and giving his expert advice. We were able to select the best option to switch out a toilet and he completed the work very thoroughly. We would definitely recommend his plumbing expertise.

    Valve replacements

    Had a slow leak on a valve connecting to my humidifier. Valve needed to be replaced. Once replaced, another leak was noticed in the main valve to the water heater. Sami R, the technician tried a simpler fix first to keep costs down however the valve ended up needing complete replacement (not Sami’s fault). Sami was very professional, polite and kept the workspace very clean. He also explained all the work as he was doing it which I appreciated. Another great Mr. Rooter job.

    Blocked drain

    Had blocked drains in the kitchen, called Mr. Rooter and they sent out Bruce Tehrani. Also took care of a broken cartridge in a bathroom sink. Couldn't have been more prompt, professional, nor patient as Bruce took the time to walk me through what he was doing. Highly recommended, thank you Bruce and to the team at Mr. Rooter! Cheers, Dave

    Toilet Repair
