    Drain clogged

    We had a really bad clog in our main bathroom drain. I knew we needed a pro. Looks like it had built up over many years. I called Mr. Rooter and Daniel was there the next day. Daniel snaked the drain probably up to 30 feet, maybe more. He even had my wife listen downstairs to the plumbing lines to see if everything was clear. He worked really hard in clearing the drain and replaced a small part at no cost. Our bathroom was left spotless afterwards. One would never know that he was there. Their prices aren't cheap but I have no regrets and would use them again. Thank you Daniel.

    Clogged shower drain

    Our shower drain was clogged completely from calcium build up. Robert Cassels, the plumbing technician, came and fixed the problem efficiently and very professionally. The drain works perfectly now. Mr. Cassels was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you!

    Leaking faucet

    Bruce was very qualified and super nice. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Leaking in the bathroom was occurring and we didn't know what to do. Just called Mr Rooter and that was perfect.

    Kitchen sink.

    Bruce was amazing with configuring and putting together my new sink. He was efficient, never asked me for any help and he did the job very quikly and nearly. I am totally satisfied with the cost and how the work was done. Thank you Bruce!!!!

    Shower system replacement

    Rick was super friendly, handy and knowledgable with my bathroom project. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and help with a few different options for a fix. He did the work diligently and was done in a few hours. Would definitely use them again!

    Commercial Hot Water Tank leaking

    I Called them before 8am, Water all over the floor, within 1 hour Bruce was at my office, quoted me the price, replaced the Hot Water Tank, Give us a Warranty, " great service very professional" paid by Visa All is done and completed with 3 hours. Steven Woodbridge, Ontario

    Replace bath tub spout with diverter and cartridge.

    We're happy with the speed and quality of work done but a little shocked at the price. I would recommend this company on the promptness, quality of work and helpfulness alone. Tina&Dannie

    Plumbing fix

    After dealing with a nightmare renter who poured cat litter and cooking oil down my drains I sought Mr Rooters help. I received a call within 12 hours and a technician was available the next day. Brian was helpful and honest. He thoroughly explained my options and let me know when I didn't need things. I appreciated his help and would highly recommend

    Fast service

    The company made a quick appointment for the job. The technician came promptly and was easy to get along with. I received an accurate assessment of the time and cost for the job. The job required the technician to make a purchase but even so the time and cost were accurate. At the end he technician took a picture of the work he had done and sent that to me along with the receipt. He waited for me to receive it before leaving.

    Clogged Drain

    I was very happy with the service provided by the Toronto office of Mr. Rooter for a clogged shower drain (I initially called the National switch board who completely lost my details and I had to call back as I never received a scheduling call). The first technician that came out arrived on time and gave the quote but had a family emergency so had to leave. Within 10 minutes the Toronto office had another technician out (Brian M and Bruce). The issue was fixed quickly and everything was explained, including maintenance to prevent further clogs. I would call Mr. Rooter again.
