    Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In trying circumstances he carried out the repair efficiently and did a great job. Ready and willing to good advice moving forward and very happy to check in when the water was back on to make sure everything was working well. 162875699

    Reinstallation of pipes and drain in Kitchen Sink

    Bruce is very helpful and provided lot of help with my plumbing issue in my kitchen. Mr Rooter is a professional company and I would recommend to try their service.

    Blocked kitchen drain blocked

    Bruce was here was onsite in one hour, ran the snake tool cleared the blockage flushed it 4 times and the issue was resolved. Helpful and professional. Recommend the services for sure!

    blocked drain

    Bruce came out to fix our blocked drain. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. Our block was quite deep into the line and he was able to snake out the line quickly and was very thorough with ensuring that there were no leaks afterwards. He spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing and was very helpful. It was another good experience with Mr. Rooter and I would highly recommend Bruce and Mr. Rooter.

    Faucet Replacement

    Called Mr Rooter when my kitchen faucet started leaking. Bruce came and swapped out the faucet. Did a great job - fast, courteous and knowledgeable. I'd hire him again for any other project!

    Toilet Repair

    The technician was polite, courteous and professional. He came out to my home and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix the issue just as quick. He cleaned up and was on his way. Thank you Bruce! I would recommend them to anyone having toilet issues.

    Kitchen sink repair

    The plumber's name was Grant and he provided superb service to our needs :) Not only did he change some of the water pipes but returned the cabinet doors back to the their proper places! :)

    Professional and quick

    We've had a very tricky plumbing situation for a while I suspect because we live in a building which was not originally designed to be residential. Our kitchen sinks would infrequently, but regularly back up. This time drano did not work. Bruce arrived, listened to our problem, fixed it and gave us a new anti-bacterial solution to clean the pipes along with clear instructions on how to continue to deal with the problem in the future. He was very pleasant and courteous. We were very happy with his work.

    Replace water shut offs

    Bruce tech Came within an hour to repair a leaky water shut offs. Polite, professional, excellent serivce. Would higly recommend to anyone who requires plumbing services. Thank you very much.

    Small Plumbing Issues now fixed

    We had small plumbing issues which we called Mr. Rooter to come and take care of. We selected them because of a referral from friends. They came in fairly quickly and the job was done right.
