My A/C suddenly stopped working the first week of July and I had no clue who to contact. Thankfully a friend referred me to Natural Choice Heating & Cooling. This company is extremely professional, very helpful and incredibly efficient. Not only do they have fantastic products, but they also provide terrific customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for dependable/prompt service at very competitive prices. (I didn't include how much this service cost as I believe that detail is confidential)

We had a new furnace installed in March of 2015. We called on short notice and James and his crew were able to accommodate. They are very professional, courteous and the install was done in a timely manner. Happy to recommend Natural Choice Heating and Cooling.

We were switching from oil to gas. Steve and his team did excellent job. First of all we got a written quote during first Steve’s visit with detailed explanation all our options. (Then I asked two other companies for quotes and it took me weeks to get a written estimation with much higher price.) When we decide they were taking care about all paper work that we had to do with a gas company to start the process. All work was done very professionally and in a very timely manner. They start and finish all in 2 days. Taking into account the fact that our home was built at 1947, it was not an easy task. I was really happy with their team: all very nice people. Finally they even call the gas company for me to set up final appointment with their representative to connect everything. Oh and they filled all papers for the rebates as well. I would highly recommend this company for my friends.

my current tankless water heater was not working properly I called Natural Choice and talked with the tech and since I am a hands on person he gave me some options to try first to save a service call if it was not needed. As it turned out a service call was needed and the unit was determined to need several parts by both the tech and the manufacturer help line. I was given the option of repair or a new unit. I went with a new unit and it was installed the same day. Overall I am very satisfied with everything.

James and his team were very professional and easy to talk to when we were having problems with our tankless. James addressed our concerns immediately and scheduled our installation of our new tankless water heater right away. While installing our tankless, he noticed a problem with one of the valves and said it would need to be replaced. However, James was able to fix the issue without having to replace the part at this time in order to prevent us from incurring additional costs. I have this company's number on speed dial because they have helped us many times, are extremely reliable and provide excellent service. Highly recommend!!

James Smith and his thoughtful and courteousl crew dealt with our big Renai furnace problems within 2-working days - replacement & installation. Even offered a follow-up visit. They were awesome!

My new furnace that was installed last year was giving us some intermittent problems. Especially on the cold days! I had to call the guys from Natural choice on Sunday. And in a few hours the technician came and fixed the issue. But then on the next day it started failing again. And it was a family day. But the technician arrived as well and again was trying to fix the issue. Before he left he made sure that the furnace was working and we were warm. But then again he had to be back the next day. He spent a few hours on the phone with the manufacturer techs. And finally the issue was resolved and it was very very difficult to figure out. But they did it. So first of all I must praise the dedication to their customers. Have never experienced anything like that in the past. Superb!! The next thing that I admire is their technical competence. I mean the issue that was wrong with my furnace was so difficult to find! But they have not left till they fixed it. So you can be sure that you will stay warm with natural choice. Saying it from my own experience:)

Feb. 28, 2015 - These guys truly understand service. We had a factory issue (recalled circuit board) with our furnace. James and his team tried various fixes, only to discover that the manufacturer was not forth coming with recall information. James was very apologetic for something that wasn't his fault. His team worked very hard on this to the point where they made a rep from the manufacturer come with them to the final repair call. We've always been pleased with their commitment to getting things solved. We have small children - James made it his mission to put us ahead of others to avoid cold nights. I always sing their praises when I hear of people that need new furnaces or AC. I think I'd be hard pressed to find another place with better service.

The Natural Choice team provided exceptional customer service by providing the best products available within our tight budget at the time, by working within our scheduling constraints (as we had other projects on the go), and by completing an all around professional, and high quality installation. The crew was great - friendly, but professional guys !!. I would, ... and already have, ... recommended the team to friends who told me they were were also impressed with the quality and friendly crew. Thank you. It's good to know there are companies like this when you need them.

We were extremely pleased with our experience using Natural Choice Heating & Cooling. The initial consult and quote from James was great and he provided super customer service throughout. When it came time for installation, the team was quick, thorough, clean and came when they said they would (not something we've often experienced with other contractors). Highly recommend this company.
