    Furnace, AC, & Hot Water Tank Installation

    We hired Natural Choice to replace the furnace, AC, and hot water tank in our home, and the service we received was amazing! James sat down with my hubby and I and explained the whole process, and which products he thought were best for us. Kris & Stephen did the installation and their expertise and professionalism blew us away! As a bonus on top of this they moved our hot water tank and furnace so that we could complete the laundry room reno of our dreams! Thank you Natural Choice, we won't hesitate to recommend you.

    furnace change

    I noticed that my furnace was not working properly so I called my provider.they informed me that a heating coil had gone in my old furnace and that they would not be able to help me so I asked a friend who informed me about the company natural choice heating and cooling. I called them and they were in the next morning ready to change everything there were no issues the job went smooth and they were out of the house in no time I would really recommend them to anyone who needs there furnace changed or repaired

    New Furnace Installation

    Natural Choice sent a HVAC professional to our home in November 2015 to discuss our plan to replace our old medium efficiency gas furnace. The consultant was knowledgeable, friendly and answered our questions and or concerns. We choice a Goodman GMVM96 High Efficiency, Variable Speed Modulating furnace....considered a high end unit for the size of our home. The specs pointed to considerable savings in energy use going forward. Technicians arrived the very next day, removed the old furnace and installed the new one which works perfectly. Total time in my basement..about 6 hours. Follow up service has been terrific. James Smith and staff have been easily available to deal with issues and questions. In fact they texted me a couple of times just to be sure all was well. Natural Choice was recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law who had a furnace and air conditioner installed by James and crew earlier this year and were delighted. We had other quotes. I was just not impressed with one other installer or their product and the third quote was from a technician who works on his own. Natural Choice was not the cheapest quote. Bottom line..Natural Choice did exactly what they promised. They have been to my home twice since the installation to deal with a couple of minor issues. I am pleased with the sales and service and recommend anyone give them the opportunity to quote whatever HVAC job you may have.

    Addressing my leaking tankless hotwater system

    My story starts with my purchase of a tankless hot water system eight years ago. The system had worked flawlessly since installation until Mid-October when I noticed a small leak. I called the original installation guys and was directed to James and his crew as the original guys were now out of business. I asked James to come by and give me an estimate on what it would cost to address my problem; he suggested a 'cleaning' of my system and an inspection to determine where the problem might be. Having not cleaned the system since its original installation eight years previous, I said ok. Once cleaned, and tested the discovery that the leak was not within the heating unit narrowed down the possible problem and, from my view, the potential repair bill. To my joy, James only charged me for the cleaning, the inspection, leak search and replacement of some seals James considered part of being a great customer service company...and I have to agree with him...would definitely come back to James for furnace or water issues in the future.

    A/C and Furnace Installation

    We have been researching many companies around the Durham Region and finally settled on Natural Choice Heating and Cooling. James Smith has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the first phone call to the installation. If we had any questions, James made sure he answered all of our questions and concerns. The day of the installation the service technicians were kind, courteous and cleaned up after. We would highly recommend Natural Choice Heating and Cooling.

    New furnace and air condition

    Every year we seem to have an issue with our aircon and furnace. Got tired of calling and chasing Cumberland and decided to call Sears. Thankfully they referred me to James Smith - he returned my call within 10 min and was at our house the next day. He was upfront, honest and didn't sell anything that we didn't need. To make a long story short everything is up and running and couldn't be happier with the service and support provided.

    AC/Furnace replacement

    We bought an older home with an AC unit from the 90's and a construction grade/inefficient furnace. Thanks to the reviews on HomeStars we called James and he set us up. He educated us on what was happening with our old units, made some recommendations for us that were within our budget, and then let us talk it over for a couple days. Very laid back and approachable (James and Gavin are great), and the service techs that came to do the install were quick, quiet and very clean. They even called us a month after the install was done to let us know about a Government credit that we qualified for and helped us out with that. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and they will be our first call when we make the move to a tankless water heater.

    Installation of new furnace, ducting and central air conditioner

    We got a good deal on a new furnace from this company. The crew who came to install it, along with new ducting and air conditioner, were top-notch. They were knowledgeable, polite, friendly and clean. We were very pleased with the job and would recommend them highly.

    Air Conditioner Install

    I have an older house and decided to finally pull the trigger and get an air conditioner. James and his crew did an outstanding job with the installation. It was done quickly and cleanly, no mess or bits of cut wires left behind! I would highly recommend Natural Choice to anyone.

    Replace old furnace and a/c

    Needed to replace my old a/c and furnace. Had gotten a quote from another company then I was referred to Natural Choice. Great price, great product and great service. Saving lots of money since upgrading to energy efficient products. Keep up the great work guys!
