Our roof top heating unit stopped working. Natural Choice provided quick service and completed the repairs in less than ideal weather conditions. Great service. We have used them on other projects as well and we are quite satisfied.

Our Renai stopped working so we had no heat or hot water during a cold snap and James came to the rescue. it had to be replaced because the previous installer had installed it incorectly It was one of the all time best experiences with a trades person, fast, efficient, kind, informative, always available, his team were polite and clean. thank you for everything. In June we called Natural Choice Heating & Cooling for an estimate for a Trane Furnace and AC and installation. We rec’d an estimate for both the Trane and Goodman HVAC systems. In early July we rec’d an estimate for a communicating system from Goodman, furnace, AC and thermostat which was a special promotion to Natural Choice from Goodman. We decided to go for it as it was a lot cheaper than the Trane HVAC or the other Goodman HVAC. On July 24th Luke and Trevor arrived at 9 am on the dot and proceeded to install the new HVAC system and remove our old system. Both were friendly and worked diligently until the system was done and working properly. We found out later that the AC unit was noisy and we could hear it in the house. We emailed our concerns to Natural Choice and James answered back almost immediately and after a couple of visits to fine tune the AC, seems to have resolved our concerns. We’d like to thank Natural Choice for their services and would recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

James and his team replaced my mid-efficiency furnace and water heater with a new furnace, water heater, and added central air conditioning. Since the installation a few weeks ago we've been able to test both the cooling and the heating and are please with the performance, especially the quietness of the furnace. Due to the central location of our furnace room within our 50 year old house, some unusual vent routing was required for the high efficiency equipment, but it was all tidily installed.

We had an existing fireplace installed by previous owner. The piping was poorly done and needed correction. Geoff came quickly to provide a quote and provided great information and options. When we were ready to do the job we again got a quick appointment. The service was fantastic. I can't remember the cost, but I do remember it was very reasonable. They worked efficiently and clean. It was done professionally. I can use the fireplace confidently. Thank you!

We had a new furnace and AC unit installed almost 2 years ago and have been thrilled with the quality of the units and the follow up with Natural Choice. Very reasonably priced also. They respond quickly to calls/emails and arrive to your home with smiles on their faces, ready to work. We have never been left in the cold (or heat)! You will not be disappointed with these guys!
