I was impressed with this company right away. I saw their truck outside and emailed their website to have someone call and come in for an estimate. Geoff called right away and came when it was convenient for me. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and made recommendations based on his experience and knowledge. The quote was competitive and we chose this company for the service in our home. It got even better because the team that came to do the install were so amazing...very polite, considerate of my home and what we were doing here through out the day. They worked hard ALL DAY to get the job done. They also talked to me about what was happening throughout when I asked questions. The best part was that they were so professional, I could tell that they knew what they were doing and that they were good at it. All around this is THE best experience I have ever had with a company of this nature. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted our air conditioner moved to the side of our house in order to create some more room in the backyard for for my BBQ and smoker. James and his team were extremely friendly and courteous. They did great job of cleaning up after themselves and the job was done in no time. Will look to them for any of my A/C or heating needs in the future.

James, Geoff and the entire team were great and very professional, from initial contact to the completion of installation. The company sent out a crew member within a week as a follow up to check the equipment and recommend suggestions on thermostat settings. When I replace my A/C I will definitely have them on the top of my list.

Natural choice heating and cooling was brought in to do emergency repairs at my office. I was so impressed with their level of expertise, professionalism and workmanship that I have since hired them to do work in my home and cottage as well as my daughter’s renovation project. They have tackled both large and small, commercial and residential projects for me and I could not be more pleased with their work ethic or their outstanding customer service. James and his staff listened to what I wanted, explained the options and the process to me clearly and were always happy to answer any and all of my questions, before, during and AFTER completion!

From the quote through to the installation, Geoff and his crew were pleasant, punctual, and professional. We never felt pressured. Overall we were very happy with the service we received.

I just wanted to acknowledge the extreme efficient service your company provided my mother. On Friday November 29th one of the coldest days of the year so far and my moms furnace decides to "kick the bucket." So my mom 67, unsure of what to do or which company to call so she called me(trusty daughter lol) So I went up to her house to check things out(she had 2 portable heaters going in the house, candles burning and 2 sweaters on just to stay warm.) She wasn't sure how old the furnace was but I knew it hadn't been replaced in many many years so I realized this may be the time to replace it. Now we are less then one month before Christmas and everyone is on a budget. I decided I would post something on Facebook and get some responses. A few friends recommended a range of people/companies but 2 good friends recommended your company- Natural Choice. Let me tell you, this company had someone out to my moms house on that Friday. They thoroughly checked out all working/non working parts checked it all out and gave us some options. In the end we decided to go with a new furnace. The following day they had a customer reschedule and so they called my mom right away and had a furnace put in the very next day first thing in the morning on a Saturday. I can not thank Natural Choice for "coming to the rescue" on such a cold day/night and being so efficient and open to giving us all options possible. They were very professional, caring and thorough with their inspection, diagnosis and realistic with options for my mom. The technicians he sent to our home were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to deal with. They were also efficient in that they had the new furnace installed in less than one day without any muss or fuss. James gave us a good price as we have had other companies come to our home in the past and give us estimates. We had no furnace for a week at the end of October while deciding, and James e-mailed and called me first thing in the morning to see if we were okay and was very caring and concerned about taking care of us quickly and properly. James and his team provided us with immediate response to fix our hot water tank. He was able to determine the problem and requested for the parts right away. As soon as the parts arrived, James called us immediately and arranged for someone to come in to do the repairs. The tank is back in excellent working order and now we have hot water! James and his team were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely call this company again for any other home repairs.

I had Natural Choice install a new air conditioner at my house. I was very pleased with their services from beginning to end.
