    Central AC Installation

    I contacted this company when my A/C died in the middle of a heatwave (July 2020). They installed the new unit quickly and efficiently. I also hired them two years ago to install a new furnace, and I found James the team to be friendly, efficient and always available to follow up re: issues or concerns. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC jobs in the Whitby area.

    New Air Conditioner

    Jay and his team were amazing. Showed up on time, kept my house clean, and installed my new A/c which works perfectly!! Would recommend their service to anyone needing a new ac or Furnance.

    Amazing customer experience & service

    James and his team of experts were incredibly efficient, polite, clean & extremely Professional. They replaced our old AC unit with a much better system & had us up & running & we are now so comfortable in our home during this heat wave! I would highly recommend Natural Choice Heating & Cooling! Thank you James & team!

    Replace air conditioner

    Ryan & Ben arrived last week to replace our old A/C. After disconnecting the old unit, they discovered a major problem in the way the unit had been installed. Ryan clearly explained the problem and the alternatives to a proper installation. A half day installation turned into a 12 hour one. They were professional, communicative, respectful,clean, friendly and very enthusiastic about their work. They took real pride in what they did. Ryan left me with several good tips on vents being open, filters fan etc. The house is much more comfortable between the new unit and the tips Ryan gave me. They were without doubt, the best all-round tradesmen I have ever dealt with. Thanks guys, it was a pleasure having you here!! 12 STARS ON A SCALE OF 10 !!!

    New AC Install

    This is the second time we've gone with Natural Choice, and that should speak for itself. This time around we were equally impressed by the level of customer service and care that they provide. The finished product is excellent (AC in a new build), and we are comfortable again!

    Tank-less water heater, Furnace, and Thermo pump

    Great service and installation. I am VERY detail oriented and the team worked better than my expectation

    New A/C and thermostat installation

    James contacted us quickly. THeir crew was on time. Respectful and informative. Did a great job installing the new A/C. Just need to have the weather warm up to really put the new unit through its paces. But is a definite upgrade from our old one.

    Pool Heater Install

    From the day one dealing with James and his team not only met but exceeded our expectations. The guys took time to explain and worked hard to make sure all is done up by the code. The installation was done fast and the new heater is fantastic. We would definitely recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs.

    Furnace
