    Quality Workmanship for Reasonable Cost!

    James and his crew at Natural Choice Heating & Cooling Inc are first class. We were impressed from the first contact to the estimate and then the timely and tidy installation. We love our tankless hot water!

    Replaced my furnace

    I can’t say enough about the team at Natural Choice! When my furnace stopped working in the middle of the winter James took the time to explain my options and helped me determine the best solution for me. The team that came to install my new furnace were respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

    Tankless Water Heater

    This company was referred by two trusted sources - a family friend who had had work done, and a plumbing/gas company that had previously done work in my home. James was professional, friendly, and upfront during the consult. He made us aware of the the pros and cons of tankless without pushing a decision. Then, described exactly what needed to be done to the property in order to make tankless a viable option. The work crew was courteous and professional. They worked exceptionally clean, keeping the gas and vent plumbing nice and tight in the furnace room so that it could also be used for storage, and cleaned the room entirely before packing up. They are welcome to do any installation here anytime! They made us aware of the installation progress throughout the day - and thoroughly explained the unit prior to leaving. I am unbelievably impressed by the quality of workmanship and honesty of this company. I imagine my air conditioner is near replacement, and my wife and I have already agreed that when it happens, Natural Choice will be our only call. They are just that good.

    Excellent Service

    The company was referred by home insurance and I couldn't be happier. Very responsive, caring, and professional. Had a new furnace installed the following day and everything has been running for 2 months without a problem. Workers are very detailed oriented and caring. Thank you!

    Air Conditioner

    James is fantastic to work with! He explained everything and made sure that there were no surprise costs. He inspected the duct work going to our furnace and brought it up to code while he did the installation. His crew was friendly and knowledgeable. When my parents air conditioner broke it was the start of a heat wave they were in a town house with no breeze. I was concerned and offered them to come stay with me ( and my great air conditioning LOL ) but James had a new unit installed at their place so fast it wasn't necessary ! Heating and cooling issues James will always be my first call..... make him yours too!!!

    Gas gireplace and funace service

    Natural Choice was very quick to respond to my service request. They were able to come within 3 days. After they left, it was like a brand new fireplace. Very clean and unrecognizable from how dirty it was.

    Fall Furnace Service

    If you are searching for anyone other than Natural Choice you are WASTING YOUR TIME. They were recommended to me by my former HVAC company that sadly went out of business. These folks are the real deal... on time, on budget, rigorously honest and incredibly professional and pleasant. We have two furnaces, one gas fired, one electric as well as a gas fire place. They checked every unit, gave us some recommendations and left everything spotless. I will recommend this outstanding company to anyone and everyone I know. Big shout out to the team including Ryan and Gavin. Thank you gentlemen, you've done your company a huge service with your great representation.

    New Furnace

    We are very happy with the work done replacing our furnace. The information provided to make an educated decision was appreciated. Once we decided to move ahead with the project the work was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Natural Choice Heating.

    A/C installation

    James and his team were quick to respond to our request and they installed our new A/C the next day. Ryan did a professional job with a clean installation. James and Gavin followed up quickly with a response to my question (and checked in with us a couple of days later to follow up again). I would recommend Natural Choice Heating & Cooling. They also installed our furnace a couple of years ago and again, the installation was clean and professional. They are courteous and friendly. Thanks James and team!

    AC and Furnace Install

    My AC broke down and called Natural Choice to take a look. My system was getting old (16 years) and was the original from the builder. James arrived to assess my old unit and in a polite, no pressure and well informed way advised that this unit needed to be replaced. After discussing my options, I was able to make an informed decision to get a whole system. Ryan (and Ben, I believe) arrived to do the install and, as James was, very professional and courteous. The installation was very cleanly done along with the pipes and wiring, it looked very professionally done! The AC system is a huge improvement to what we had, my old system ran constantly when the outside temperature was hot, this one actually works much more efficiently and doesn’t seem to break a sweat by comparison to get comfortable on the couple of very hot days we’ve had already. I can’t wait to see how the furnace will perform come the winter. Thank you James and team, I appreciate the time, effort and patience to compare options and answer my questions after the installation. Great job, we are very satisfied!!
