    Hardwood floor installation

    What a fabulous experience! Highly recommend Sebastian and his team! We had purchased hardwood from one of the big box stores on our own and NewRidge took on the job of installing it throughout our 2 story home. Other companies had refused the job when they realized the hardwood was already purchased. The job consisted of removing the old flooring, minimizing squeaks, adding shoe mold, and installing + staining a new stair nose. The job was executed perfectly and I would say my husband and I are quite picky. The squeaks were remedied, the flooring was even (not an easy task with a 100 year old home!) and when surprises came up , such as a second floor under the existing hardwood, Sebastian worked with us on a solution to fit our budget. The crew left the house clean and we were very courteous. Additionally, Sebastian also went out of his way to stain the old, wooden cold air returns to match the new hardwood - a very nice touch! Cannot recommend this company and Sebastian enough!

    Flooring and stairs

    Excellent work! Sebastian and his crew arrived on time each day and work was completed within the week promised. Sebastian even came back to put an additional coat of varathane on the stairs because he wasn't happy with the initial results although they looked good to me.

    Floor Refinishing

    We were very impressed with Scott and Sebastian. We had them remove carpet on our second floor and from the stairs (which had hardwood underneath) and refinish the hardwood floors downstairs. They did an excellent job and made a lot of extra repairs to the floors at no additional cost. After they finished there were a few things I wanted fixed which they came back to do promptly at no extra cost. They were also incredibly fast, finishing the job in 3 days start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

    Floor refinishing

    Sebastian, Scott and team were fantastic! Terrific communication, clear expectations set as to process and an amazing result. I never thought that my upstairs floor would look so good as it was chipped, dirty and paint-covered. Now I'm considering having the 1st floor done! So impressed at the professionalism and quality of work. Thank you so much!

    Great Job on old maple floors

    Sebastian refinished the maple floors in our house, which were very worn. His team did a great job on the floors and they look new now. The team was clean and right on time every day. Estimate was right on. These guys were reliable and did a great job.

    Hardwood refinishing

    We are thrilled with the work that NewRidge and Mr. Sandman did for us. They transformed our house and were in and out in only two days. They delivered on budget and ahead of schedule. Their attention to detail was superb and they even came back the day after to check on the finished product and ensure we were satisfied. We plan to use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

    Oak Floor refinishing

    This is our 2nd time using NewRidge, Matt is absolutely awesome!! Matt is exceptionally talented when it comes to fixing and refinishing hardwood floors. Finding a missing wall that left a hole in the floor after the carpet had been removed didn’t faze Matt at all, looks like it was never there to begin with. His attention to detail is phenomenal; he added door trim in places we forgot about. He left our home immaculate after each day, allowing us to get some painting done in the eve. This is a company when you find them you keep their business card for life. They are that good!!! Thanks so much for your hard work Matt, the floors look beautiful, what an incredible job!!

    Stair case refinish

    From the beginning, dealing with Scott was seamless. Sebastion came to review the stairs and supplied the quote within 24 hours. The job was started within 2 weeks He arrived on time, carefully taped off multiple rooms so that dust from the sanding was minimal. Job completed within 24 hours. The work site was cleaned up and left undisturbed.

    Parquet floor in sunroom

    I am so grateful to Matt and Scott for the beautiful refinishing on the parquet floor in my sunroom. Scott was very helpful and always responsive to any questions that I had and his email communication was always clear and precise - I found this very helpful as I needed advice and he was always there to provide it quickly . Matt did a beautiful job on the floors - I was so impressed with the care , attention and detail that he put into the job, he even added a bit of finishing trim to the bottom of my door - he really takes pride and care in his work. Matt is one of the most professional tradesmen I have ever met and worked with as a homeowner. My floor looks amazing - totally brand new again!!! Two refinishers refused to do this job because it was a small area - but Scott and Matt went above and beyond. I will definitely use Matt again if I need any refinishing. You will be very , very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of this company. Love it!!!

    Refinishing hardwood floor on main and upper levels

    Sebastian and his team were incredible. From the moment Sebastian came for a site visit to provide a quote, I knew he was my guy. You could tell by the look in his eyes that he loves his work, understands hardwood floors and knows exactly what can be done and what can't. He was knowledgeable, honest, clear and patient. The work took two days, smooth process, with wonderful really wonderful results. Thank you very much!!! Pnina
