    Stair renovation and flooring install

    Lory and her team were amazing to work with. Set expectations well and always met expectations. Lory and team installed our new hardwood flooring and refinished our stairs, including refinishing the treads and handrail and installing new nosing, newel, and pickets. Everything was done quickly with care and attention to detail and we are so happy with the end product.

    Basement Demolition

    Lory and her team did a great job to gut our basement, the job was completed in 3 days and was a tough one, but her team did a good job. They were professional, were available sooner than other contractors and good with addressing unexpected situations with our plumbing and electrical. They took the time to answer questions about different aspects of the demo and were helpful with advice on future work.

    Finished thresholds

    Scott and his team were unbelievable to deal with. This company is honest and professional and does great work. The email communication was great and they were the only contractor who actually showed up when they said they would and on Time. They were quick, efficient and amazing to deal with. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

    Floor restoration

    I just moved into an older home that had carpet and linoleum glued to the wood flooring in the bedrooms. It looked like the impossible task to bring the floors back but Matt did an incredible job. The floors look amazing. Matt was professional and his workmanship is topnotch. I definitely recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

    Hardwood floor refinishing

    We recently had our hardwood floors refinished in our Living Room, Dining Room and Family Room. The work was completed in 4 days by Matt and we couldn't be happier. Matt is a true professional, gentlemen and most of all an Artist! Our project was unique because the floor colour was being changed to match our staircase and upper level flooring. Matt took the time to stain the floor with 6 different samples to ensure we had a perfect match before starting the staining process. He would also text us very specific details at the end of each day regarding ventilation, dry time, heating, etc. I would highly recommend Matt for any flooring project.

    Hardwood Refinish

    I had 50 year old red oak damaged hardwood floors . Duc came over and gave me some great options to choose between. He could have told me to replace it all but he replaced the foyer which was tile and replaced the damaged wood section. Then refinished it all and matched the rest of the old red oak color beautifully. Great work !!

    Floor refinishing

    Sebastian, Vinny and the team did an excellent job refinishing our floors and staircase. The oiled finish is exactly what we were hoping for and the quality of their job was first class. They even came back and did extra work on our staircase that was not part of their original quote. Scott was also very helpful in connecting us to a company who supplied a replacement to our basement staircase. Our experience throughout was excellent !

    floor refinishing

    Dealing with the guys at New ridge was a good experience. I have no complaints. I am a contractor, and I have an eye for the small but the guys at new ridge did a fantastic job, and the price was about average. The particular job we worked on together was an oak floor that needed refinishing. Duke met with me and the homeowner and discussed the process and to talk about stain colours. I think he was very professional and his work is as well. I will be using duke and new ridge for any future refinishing jobs.

    Refinishing softwood and hardwood floors

    I had an excellent experience having all of the flooring in my house refinished (oak upstairs, and pine downstairs). The floors were very worn and not in great shape, but look fantastic now! Matt was excellent to deal with - I really appreciated his attention to detail, and he worked hard to make everything look as beautiful as possible. He was also punctual and polite. I have no hesitation recommending his work to anyone.

    Stairs & Flooring

    Lory and her team did an excellent job of doing the stairs and redoing part of the flooring after being ripped off from another "company". You can appreciate the quality of the work done in the attached photos. We really high recommend them.
