    Exceptional Workmanship - Five Star Company!

    Mr. Sandman and his work force were exceptional. Five Star Workmanship with a professional result. Everything was as promised-from start to finish. Thank you for our beautiful new floors! We highly recommend this company.

    Stairway Emergency Fix

    We recently had a major problem with our contractor who did not know how to build our stairs correctly and it turned out to be a safety hazard. We contacted NewRidge given their reputation on HomeStars and we were immediately impressed. Scott and Keen responded to our emergency request immediately. Keen came over and provide us with important feedback, solutions and explained to us how it was to be done. NewRidge communicated the timelines and quotes very clearly and completed the work right on time. During this process my family did not have to worry one bit. The completed work was beautiful and sturdy. Friends, family, neighbours and our handy persons has commented how well the stairs were done. Thank you so much Scott and Keen!!!

    Staircase

    We just had the carpet on our staircase and upper hall removed and these areas were redone with hardwood. They also installed a new railing and spindles. We are extremely pleased with the excellent work that was done by Lori and her team. As well, during the 7 days that they were in and out of our home they were always very respectful of our property and privacy. We would use this company again for any further renovations we may think of having done in the future, and would certainly recommend them to others looking for a reliable renovation company.

    Stair railings installation

    We wanted to have railings on both sides of our staircases to the upper level and to the basement. Our installer Keen expertly matched the shape and stained colour of the existing red oak railings. No doubt many companies could have done this. Keen, however, was exemplary. His attitude, drive and commitment to please was, without exaggeration, simply outstanding. Thank you Keen.

    Stair Case remodelling and Installation of Hardwood floor in Hallway

    After a long research for various stair case remodeling companies, we caught an eye with NewRigdgeFinishing. I go by good reviews and comparable rates in the market and NewRidgeFinishing was right on dot(not too cheap and not too expensive) Our stair Case remodeling project came to live, Lory and Radu were very professional and artists. They were very professional and took enough care of cleanliness and accommodating very large family with kids around. I can't achieve what the end results were if I were to hire a different company. Their attention to detail is very compelling and for every stage in the project, it was communicated/ consulted ahead of time with hassle free changes and modifications. I would definitely recommend NewRidgeFinishing for others who are looking forward to see exceptional outcome of their home projects.

    Hardwood Floor refinishing

    Newridge were prompt and efficient in arranging for a flooring company to quote and ultimately finish the refinishing and new floor I needed. The quote was reasonable and the work was done on time and to a very high level of finish.

    Staircase refinishing

    Patrick did a fantastic job on refinishing our stairs. First class experience from start to finish. Patrick and his crew were very friendly and professional. The finished product was phenomenal. Thank you New Ridge and Patrick!

    Flooring, stair and bannister replacement

    Sebastian and his team were incredible. They removed my old floor, installed new subfloor, installed my new flooring, new stairs and new bannister in the home I was renovating. They were efficient, professional and an all around pleasure to deal with. My original installer fell through at the last minute and without hesitation, they reprioritized their work to accommodate my tight schedule on short notice. When we had some unexpected issues arise during the renovations, they again adjusted their schedule to accommodate without issue or complaint. These guys were just an all around pleasure to deal with. Professional and friendly and extremely efficient. I can't say enough about how great my experience was with them. I've recommended them to a couple of friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, quality contractor to do their flooring.

    Hardwood floor refinishing and laminate installing

    Scott, Sebastian and their team were great! They were the quickest in getting back to me with a quote, they communicated clearly and in a timely fashion during all the process and they left my home super clean. We had our living/dining room hardwood floor sanded and refinished, going from a very dark stain to a beautiful natural finish. The look and feel of the new floor is absolutely stunning. We also had laminate installed in our bedrooms and the colours match so much with the hardwood that my mother-in-law asked if we had installed the same hardwood in the bedrooms!

    kitchen floor

    Just had 1 3/4 inch oak hardwwod floor installed in my klitchen so that it would match the rest of the hardwood throughout the rest of the house.What can I say,Matt you are the best.From the hundreds of screws that you had to put in to make sure that the subfloor would not move, to the littlest of details to make sure everything aligned up properly Matt you are amazing and you did a great job.I would recommend you to anyone.Thanks again,Armand.
