    Eavestrough upgrade

    Project involved relocating one downspout (complicated), replacing about 90 ft of eavestroughing, and adding leaf guard system to all eavestroughing. Installers clearly explained what was being done and why, and were very efficient. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward. The result is great!

    Eavestroughs

    Excellent materials and craftsmanship.... I had to wait a bit to get fit into a schedule but it was worth it. Installers arrived on time and with a smile. They re configured my existing set up to make it more functional....thanks again

    Eavestroughs, Leaf Guards, Downspouts, and Soffit Repair

    Darren addressed all of my concerns about the locations of the downspouts. The eavestroughs and leaf guards were installed quickly and look great. They also fixed some soffits that were falling down and they turned out great too.

    Professional and friendly service

    We obtained quotes from several companies for eavestrough replacement with a gutter guard, but Laura was the friendliest and the quickest to respond to questions by phone and by email. Then the team that came to do the work was open to discussion and problem-solved to make sure we were happy with our choices. This is a great company to work with--let it rain!

    Excellent Job - Eaves and Downspouts Replaced

    Had a great conversation with Darren about working around the fact that we share our front eaves with our neighbor (who was not replacing his eaves trough). We talked about the pros/cons, risks, etc... with different options, and came up with a solution that worked. Also, had a tricky job replacing existing downspouts (pvc) that had cracked and broken. They figured a way to do it and did a great job.

    Fast, Professional and Quality Work

    We hired North Shore last year, a week before we were moving out of the city as we were going to be renting our home and wanted to update as much as possible so our tenants wouldn't have any issues. North Shore responded quickly, arrived when they said they would and did the job on budget. They are incredibly responsive and, even a year later when I needed another copy of the invoice, they responded right away. Highly recommend!

    Eavestrough and leaf guards

    I called around for estimates on replacing the eaves on my house and detached garage, and Laura at North Shore came out the following day (in the rain) to give me an estaimate, which i called her to accept the following day. They scheduled my job for about three weeks later, but they were able to do it earlier and they arrived promptly on the day of, and the job was done very neatly and quickly. Darren and Erich were both friendly and knowledagble, and i am very pleased with the quality of the product and their workmanship. I highly recommend this company when you need eavestroughs!

    Installation of complete Eavestroughing, downpipes and Leaf guards

    After checking all reviews on Homestars, about 3 years ago, I decided to call this company to give me an estimate. I was at work at that time when Darren had come out to inspect the property and prepare an estimate for the job. Laura at the office then sent me an email with an estimate. She was very helpful and explained everything to me over the phone. I obtained quotes from another company as well to compare costs and quotes. I put this whole project on hold and didn't proceed as I was not in a rush. Meanwhile for the past 3 years, my eavestrough was leaking badly, because leaves were collecting and downspout didn't work well. After 3 years of procrastinating this year I decided to call North Shore spoke to Laura in the month of August to tell her I will proceed with the job. They gladly agreed and fixed the date for installation for the month of October 2016. Darren and Erick were the installers they brought this beautiful neat trailer. The job was on schedule, both of them were extremely organized before getting ready to install. Darren and Erick are both highly organized, hard working and meticulous individuals in their job. The installation was great and they cleaned up very well after the work was finished. I chose Northshore because of their good reputation, pricing and workmanship. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the quality of the materials used and their workmanship. This is really a fantastic company to work with, we had the best experience. We are extremely pleased with the installation and we would highly recommend this company to everyone. They are the best in their business. Thank you Erick, Darren and Laura.

    soffit replaced and rainbarrels installed

    I needed to have the soffit replaced and I wanted to get the back rain barrel installed professionally. I also ordered another rain barrel for the front. They did an excellent job. They did a converter on the downspout so it could go to the rain barrel or I can switch it to run down the side yard. The place was left the way they found it, all the old soffit was removed and taken away. Thanks

    New eaves-troughs and rain barrel

    We had our eaves-troughs replaced about 4 months ago. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the work. They came out and gave us a written quote. The job was a bit more then quoted as we added on a few things after the fact. We decided to add on a rain barrel and it has functioned very well over the summer. This weekend we drained it and flipped it upside down for the winter. This job was way easier then I thought it was going to be. The installation was great and they cleaned up well after the fact. We had a bit of a unique placement with the rain barrel and where the downspout should be. He called me when he came to the house and we talked through where he would run the downspout to get it away from the house. I was very impressed how well he hid the pipes against the side of our desk. He even went back to the shop to get brown eaves for the extension from the rain barrel. We had ordered grey for the house and he said the brown would look better in the garden. I was very happy he made this recommendation. All and all I was very satisfied. North Shore was recommended to us by friends who had used them and I would pass the recommendation along as well. We were very happy!

Your home is near our shop so Darren was able to pop back with the brown downspout. We can usually provide an extension in a different colour, to blend into a garden, wall or fence.
