    Eavestroughing replacement

    Excellent service. Professional, courteous, and an overall job very well done. I am incredibly happy with the new eaves. The contractor was polite and cleaned up the entire area. Great price, and quality. A truly wonderful company to do business with.

    New Eavestroughing and Leaf Guards

    Two years agoI had eavestroughing replaced by two inexperienced installers (not from North Shore!) who did a rather inexpert job. They simply removed the old troughs and put in new ones in exactly the same way without considering the best configuration for my home. A year later, I had a new type of leaf guard added on. Both eavestroughs and gutter guard proved to be inadequate and unsuitable for my needs. I called in North Shore and had Darren do a thorough assessment of my situation. He made excellent suggestions that met my requirements exactly. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. He also listened patiently to my worries. He took photos to show me areas of particular concern. The job, which was followed by a complete walk-through, was done exactly as described. Even though I took a financial hit by having the previous work redone, I am so much happier and more confident about the reliability of the eavestroughs and leaf guards. Thank you so much to Darren for the outstanding work and to Laura in the office who also listened to my concerns with such sympathy!

    Thank you for this review M.K. You had one of the hooded gutter systems installed. It was installed quite badly and with no thought of how to improve your rainwater system. The company didn't even try to rectify the situation after the poor installation was done. These systems are more expensive to install and to remove, when they don't work. We were able to reroute your downspouts to be less obtrusive and should a problem arise, we will come out to fix it. Laura

    Always use experts for eaves and heating cables.

    My experience is a great reminder of why you should always use the experts. A previous contractor had done a sub-par job of installing heating cables on my roof and also damaged my leaf guard system. Darren from North Shore was fantastic! He was able to fit me into his schedule, identified and explained the problem (and showed me pictures), calmed me down.... and then was able to do a quick repair. I will definitely be using Darren and North Shore this fall to redo my eaves and cable system properly!

    Leaf Guards, New Eavestrough, Disconnect Downspout and Redirect

    The first contact I had with North Shore was with Laura over the phone and then in person when she came out to see the work that needed to be done to supply a quote. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Darren and Eric were the installers. I am very happy with their work. They were both very professional, efficient and friendly. I obtained quotes from two other companies, but I chose North Shore because of their professional manner and pricing. I felt that they would do a good job and I was not disappointed with my decision. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

    Installation of new eavestroughing

    At every step of the way it was the customer who counted. A review of our home indicated that only the eavestroughing was in need of replacing. The honest appraisal given was appreciated as it saved us replacing unnecessary components. The installers were professional and did an outstanding job. The clean up after installation ensured that nothing was left for us to do after they left. A tremendous company who is interested in meeting their customer's requirements. I would be happy to recommend them to friends and neighbours.

    replace eavestroughs and downspouts

    I hired North Shore to replace my eaves-troughs and downspouts and to install a leaf-guard system. They came out to inspect the property, prepared a quote and within a few weeks of my initial contact through their web site, the job was done. I needed a few special items, like relocating one downspout and some accommodation for diverters for my rain barrels (I installed the diverters myself, using the ones my Lions Club sells, after they finished). They worked quickly and efficiently, the new system seems to be superior to what it replaced and feels very solid. The quality of the materials and workmanship is superior to what it replaced. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards so apart from the new eaves-troughs and downspouts, you'd never know they were here. Very satisfied.

    Soffit Facia & Eavestroughs

    I hired North Shore to complete installation of Soffit, Facia, Eavestroughs and gutter guards on the dormer of my new home. When installing, they observed and corrected certain deficiencies left by a previous contractor on another part of the roof. I could not see these deficiencies from the ground, but they saw them when they climbed up on the roof, brought them to my attention and made the necessary corrections. It was a small thing, that they could easily have ignored and I would have been none the wiser, but they took the time to do the job right, which speaks volumes about their professionalism.

    Eavestrough Soffit And Fascia

    We had all of our eavestrough and downspouts replaced and also had new soffit and frieze board installed at the front of the house. All of the staff from the quote, to scheduling and installation were very friendly and professional. The installers did a fantastic job, were very thorough and left the work space extremely clean. They walked us through the work after it was complete and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We would definitely reccomend them!

    Complete eavestrough and leaf guard installation

    I was in need of getting the eavestroughs on my house replaced so I went to North Shore’s website to check out their company. The site was very informative, especially the videos, and detailed exactly what would be involved with the different services they provide. North Shore was very professional in all aspects of the job from arranging for the estimate through job completion. Darren was patient and listened to my wishes throughout, making suggestions as to how they might be met as needed. All the work was completed in one day by Darren and Erick in a very efficient and professional manner. Once the job was completed, the only sign they had even been there were the new eaves – not even a stray screw was left behind. I would recommend North Shore Eavestroughing without hesitation to anyone who needs to have work done. They tell you what they are going to do, and then they do what they say.

    Eavestroughs and Fascia Replacement

    Darren came out, listened to my concerns and ideas, made knowledgeable recommendations, and proposed a solution that would provide a lasting, quality installation. In the office, Laura provided timely quotes and communication about the installation appointment. On the installation day Darren reviewed what they were going to do, and he and Erick worked in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions I had. A thorough site clean up left everything looking neat and tidy. The new eavestroughs and fascia look great.
