    Gutters, Leafguards & Soffits

    Darren and his team came out in early Jan to quote on Getting our gutters replace with some leaf guards. While there Nick who came out to quote the job made some suggestions for some fixes that were needed and some that were not needed in order to save us some of the cost of doing something that was not necessary. We finally decided to go with Northshore for the project after some discussion with the owner Darren on the LED placement etc. The only delay was the installation of the LED lights as the product was not available however they still came out and prepped everything for the LED lights and did the rest of the job within a timely fashion (gutters, soffit, leaf guards and gables). Nick who was onsite was there every morning and let us know when they arrived and when he was leaving for the day. They moved what they needed to move out of their way and by the end of each day everything was back into there original spots all cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. They were so helpful in answering any questions I had about the job. The also suggested that we replace the roof as there were some soft spots that they noticed while up on the roof. Which they didn't have to tell us about as it wasn't part of the job at hand. They went well beyond what was asked of them to make sure the product they were installing was done correctly even if it meant more time on the job to adjust for things that came up as the installation was happening. In the end they walked me all around the home showed me all of the work they did and changes they made and the entire area was so clean you wouldn't even have known that they had worked in the area for 3 days. Darren the owner even followed up with me the first day of the job and after completion to make sure I got all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend them.

    Eves trough & Leaf Guard

    I thank this company for doing this job efficiently . The whole team ( Laura @ the office;Darren for Estimation ; planning /suggestion & spot visit @ work; Nick & his partner to finish the job) were friendly & was technically sound. Nick even helped by having a look on some areas where eves trough has not been changed ( not their part of assigned Job) & even cleaned debris from it for me . Moving forward i will be using their service & I highly recommend using them for your future needs ALL THE BEST

    Eavestroughs (with Leaf Guard) and Downspouts

    I found North Shore on Homestars and contacted them to provide a quote to have all my eavestroughs and downspouts replaced. They responded quickly with a clear and affordable quote. Within a week, the work was completed. The North Shore team was friendly, responsive and professional. They took great care to remove the existing materials, replace and leave my property in clean condition. I'm happy with the work completed and highly recommend North Shore.

    All New Eaves

    These guys are not the low-ball cheap contractors. They're not the most expensive either. And they do a really high-quality job. In my mind, the perfect balance of cost and quality. You get what you pay for, right? They took out all my old eaves and replaced with a totally new system. They were careful to locate the downspouts exactly as I had specified, in locations that are away from the foundation wall but unobtrusive. Darren did not recommend funnels or other silly things; he kept it nice and neat, no need for me to tell them that. Gave me a few different scopes for me to choose from, too!

    New eavestroughs and downspouts,

    Water was pouring through our old eavestroughing and flooding our neighbour's yard with sand. North Shore's Darren And Nick did a fabulous job replacing them, installing leaf guards, and routing the down spouts away from problem areas, no easy feat in our tiny Beaches yard. Laura's estimate was dead on and it was always very pleasant to talk to her about pricing, scheduling, etc. very professional firm, all around and I will be referring them to friends.

    Downspouts, eaves replacement

    Very pleased with North Shore. Laura was prompt in coming to our house, providing a detailed estimate and offered many useful suggestions for a better design for the downspouts- she was very helpful and responsive thru the process. Work was done in just over 2 weeks from my initial contact thru Homestars and looks great. The crew was friendly and just as helpful and a contractor working next door was very complimentary of the job they did - "they really knew what they were doing" and I agree.

    Replace all eavestroughs

    We hired North Shore Eavestroughing to replace all eavestroughs on our house. They made it such an easy process. It was a complete delight dealing with this company. From the office personnel to the workmen that came out to complete the job, everyone was very pleasant and efficient. They respected my property and took great care in protecting the landscaping. They left my property very clean. I would definitely recommend them.

    Eavestroughs and Downspouts

    Darren and his team were extremely professional and knowledgable, and the price was reasonable. The job was completed quickly, and we now have much more efficient flow of rain water with the new eavestroughs and downspouts.

    Heater Cables

    I used North Shore Eavestroughing to get heater cables installed on my roof as a backup plan to prevent ice dam formation given some troubles I had in the past. Darren was able to come by the same day I called to go over options. The price was reasonable for the required work. The work was done without any issues. I had some questions about the operation of the water/temperature sensor and he immediately answered them by email. I'm very happy with the service provided.

    New Eavestroughs with Leafguard

    We needed new eavestroughs, downspouts, and Leafguard installed at our home in the Beach. I had 3 estimates done and North Shore was the cheapest by a small amount. The reason I hired them though, was because Darren called me, discussed the estimate and suggested alternative placement of my downspouts which I hadn't thought of and made so much sense. He was also very professional, could begin the job within a short period of time and had come highly recommended on Homestars. He and his team showed up exactly when they were supposed to and worked non-stop until they finished the job, some 9 hours later. I had chosen a colour for the eavestroughing from a brochure I had been sent and agreed to a colour in advance of their arrival. When they showed up to do the installation, they felt the colour was not the right one and suggested a different colour. They were absolutely right in their colour choice. They also cleaned up before they left and left my yard in better shape than it was before they started. I would highly recommend them and would use only NorthShore for my eavestrough needs in the future.
