I contacted Open Sesame to install a garage door and automatic opener on my new garage. They came by promptly with samples and were back to install - through some particularly frigid weather - they were cheerful to work with and the end result was perfect. Great focus on the finished quality of the job.

The remore opener had not worked in months and I had to close garage door manually. Stephen told me what to do step by step on the phone to avoid a service call and it worked. Very patient, incredible service and no charge. If I need a new garage opener, Open Sesame will get my business. Thank you Stephen.

We have used Open Sesame for the last 10years or so. Our story is very interesting,it goes like this.A moving company backed into our garage door last February and and smashed in our shop door. This was seen on video.We called Open sesame in the morning and Steve arrived just after lunch.He installed a beautiful brand new garage door of quality. If you are looking to replace your garage door and install an opener you need to talk to Steve. I met with a couple of top providers but as soon as I met Steve, he knew what I wanted and provided the highest quality of materials for the price. Pride in workmanship, trustworthy, quality, highly recommend!

I had an idea of what I wanted but needed help making it happen. Steve came in and helped me design a custom made panel that would work with the design. After building the panels, he was able to design a track, spring and lift system that would carry the weight of the heavy panels. It came out exactly as I was hoping. He returned no questions asked and fixed a small problem with one of the doors. The three doors work beautifully. Most trades would have tried to talk me into an easier solution, Steve supported it all the way.

Our 40 year old garage door fell off its rails into a pile of rubble on New Years Day. My husband and I had to put a tarp over the gaping hole to try to secure our snowblower and other property. Steve answered my calls and showed up on Jan 2nd to provide an estimate. He arrived on Monday with the new door and installed it. He even replaced a broken window at no charge. There was no problem getting him to return when the door needed adjustments due to frost/thaw activity. A simple phone call and he appeared happy to help. I really appreciated that he didn't take advantage of us when we had absolutely no recourse but to buy a new door ASAP.

Steve is the owner and still does most of the work including evenings and weekends. Straight shooter and honest. Very knowledgable about his business and meticulous about quality of goods and work. He was the last one out of 7 companies I contacted and the only one to return my call, answer my questions, give me a fair quote and talked to me without an attitude. He is in high demand and his jobs are a little backed up but he will deliver; his word is good.

Garage door spring broke - quick call to Open Sesame - talked to Steve and next day service was scheduled. Great guy, no salesmanship involved unless I requested it. Job was done with impeccable care, and I'm happy to say that Steve from Open Sesame is now part of my roster of people to call and recommend.
