    Dishwasher repair

    I had a dishwasher hose start leaking and Peter was extremely helpful in finding and installing a replacement. He made a couple of visits to make sure everything was working properly. I have used his services for years, and can say he is honest, fair and pleasant to deal with.

    Frigidaire Dryer Repair

    Outstanding experience with Peter from Pambis! I run a service business, and can really appreciate receiving the same high quality customer service experience that we provide to our clients. Peter was punctual, friendly, transparent and to-the-point every step of the way. From first call to repair completion in under 48 hours (including ordering & receiving parts!). Highly recommended to anyone looking to service their washer or dryer in the Toronto area.

    Dryer repair

    I highly recommend Pambis Appliance Service. When our 10 year old Kenmore dryer broke, Peter provided with excellent service. He helped us move our dryer in and out of a tight space (it was stacked on top of the washer), which took considerable time and effort on his part, but didn't charge us for the extra time. He arrived on schedule and was very courteous and professional. Peter also provided us with helpful advice about our options (i.e. new dryer vs. repair) Our dryer was fixed ahead of schedule and works perfectly!!

    Freg Repair

    Peter from Pambis Appliance Service was awesome, he came and fixed the issue immediately, I know Peter for a long time and I always call him because he is simply the best. I highly recommend him for all your house repairs. Ahmed Richmond Hill

    Washing machine Repair

    Peter came to look at my front loading washing machine that was off balance and the interior drum was mangled. He assessed that it would be cheaper to buy a new machine, than to fix the existing one. So that's what I did and i hired Peter to come back to have it installed properly. Peter was honest, courteous, informative and just really nice. He could have made way more money had he fixed my old machine, but my best interest was top of mind.

    dryer repair

    My tenants called to say the dryer in their unit (a small Samsung that has been discontinued), was no longer drying their clothes. I called Pete right away and he made an appointment for the next day. He brought with him a few parts that could be the likely source of the problem and discovered a heater needed to be replaced. He finished that work in half an hour. My original contractor had made access to the unit nearly impossible, so Pete attached a flex pipe from the unit to the outside vent, just to make things easier for any future repairs. He was diligent about protecting the hardwood floors and the countertops and vacuumed up all the dust hidden behind the unit. Fast, on time, and for a fair price. I couldn't ask for better.

    Appliance Repair

    I called Peter after another company did not make good on their warranty. He arrived as promised and after investigating several possibilities, found that the refrigerator compressor had been shorted out, likely by the installation of an incompatible starter motor. He told me he could fix it, but it would be expensive and suggested that my best option was to purchase a new fridge. Not what I wanted to hear, the refrigerator is only 9 years old, but I appreciated his candor and would call him again in a heartbeat. He knew what he was doing and was both very professional and informative, yet also a very nice individual and obviously trustworthy, unlike the other firm I had dealt with. Its good to discover that ethical service people still exist.

    Washer/Dryer

    Our dryer went dead on Dec 23. Pete came promptly on Christmas eve and got us up and running. Prompt and moved his schedule to get it done. We had a Newborn of 3 weeks at the time. 4 months later he was back to fix the washer. Great!

    D/W NOT DRAINING - ICE IN FRIDGEi

    Dishwasher was not draining completely. We checked HOMESTARS based on prior experience and found a good review for Pambis. They responded quickly and found a small plastic obstruction in the drain pump. While here they explained why my frost free freezer had ice on the bottom and cleared it up in no time. GOOD SERVICE! GOOD PEOPLE! GOOD RESULTS!

    Kitchen stove cooktop replacement

    Super brother repair team. Got a second quote for stove part and repair, at a much lower price. Arrived to the minute of scheduled appointment. Pete cleaned up entire work area, removed old part. The best!
