Kitchen Aid Refrigerator freezer was leaking water. Peter was the only one to call back and come by to fix the problem the same day. He also replaced the problem part instead of just putting a band aid solution for a quick fix. I highly recommend Peter at Pambis Appliance Service for any appliance problems. Thanks again Peter on a job well done, and at a fair price.

It was raining in my basement as my dishwasher had sprung a leak. I thought was the eavestroughs because of all the rain we have had. Once I figured out that it was coming from outside I turned off the water supply and called Pete. He asked that send him a picture of the water supply connection to the dishwasher and I noticed for the first time from the picture that there was a lot of corrosion from above the connection. Pete diagnosed the problem from the picture as leaky valve, got the right replacement part and arrived at a time that was convenient to me, despite the fact that he was preparing to go away with his family on vacation with lots of other clients to see.. He took the time to explain it all and showed me the part. He reached into a space under the dishwasher that I could never had gotten my hand in, so we didn't have to move the machine. . Pete was efficient, transparent and knowledgeable . I asked him to take a look at my stove that has had some minor electronic glitches. since he was there. He was clear about what it might be and I realized that this was part of the normal life cycle of this model and was probably not worth investing more $$$ in, since it still works fine.. Delightful all around. I'll be back.

Crisis! Washer AND dryer stopped working. Peter was able to come same day, had parts with him AND saved my bacon. His prices were fair too! Would completely recommend to everyone!

I have relied on the Pambis bros a couple of times now and they have been a huge help. Once they took care of a fridge removal and replacement without me even being there. Everything went off without a hitch. Thanks guys

You do not have to convince me to write a review. I have been dealing with Pambis Appliance for close to 9 years now maybe 10. I can't remember it is like a good friendship you don't remember the time just the relationship. It started with our refrigerator. I called Pambis Appliance and spoke to Pete. I explained my problem over the phone and Pete knew right away what was wrong. Told me he can't get there right away and slotted me in for the next day. Called me back later and said he'll be there later in the day. He showed up as promised and that was a great start in my books. Pete was professional and friendly and knew exactly what the problem was and told me like it is and did not sugar coat it. The repair was done in no time. The refrigerator is 20 years old and still running strong. Two years after the refrigerator incident I called Pambis because our washing machine was making some really weird noises. It sounded like a marching band going through our house. Pete came by and said the washer is toast. Can't save it to far gone it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to spend good money on fixing it. Because the washer is a condo style unit which was attached to a dryer I had to buy a new dryer as well. On Pete's advice we bought new and you guessed it we bought from Pambis just because Pete gave us a great deal but most importably we trusted him. Pete and his brother Chris delivered the washer and dryer on time and installed within an hour and a half. Moving the appliances took longer than the actual installation. They left the place clean and tidy and took the old washer and dryer with them. It has been 5 years since we bought the washer and dryer and just two days ago a noise was heard when doing a load of laundry and who did I call? Of course, Pambis Appliance was there any doubt. Described the noise to Pete and he just knew what the problem was. The key is to give Pete a good description of the noise and it helps if you give him the make and serial number. Pete said I can't promise to get there today I have to book you in for next week but I will try and get there at the end of the day again no promises. I did not care because I have the right people looking after me. Phone rings later in the day and it was Pete, I can come today if you're in. I made myself available. Pete came saw and conquered. Who do I recommend "Pambis Appliance" good people are hard to find especially in this day and age. You'll be a fool not to use Pambis Appliance.

I love Home stars because I find people like Peter. Honest, on time and dosen't over charge you. Peter saved me from buying a new dishwasher and actually showed me how to fix the problem myself it happened again.

Great service fixing my broken washing machine. Peter was on time, quickly identified the problem, changed one part and came back as promised to change the other part that he didn't have on him. Would definitely recommend Pambis and will use them again.

My name is Ray ferguson I had a problem with my Maytag Fridge I was referred by a friend to call Pambis Appliance. Pete the technician came at 9:00 am as promised.The problem was a clogged drain in the Freezer compartment.The job was done in a clean and professional manner.I would recommend Pambis Appliance to any of my family or friends.

Peter has been assisting us with a few properties over the last 5 years. Always quick to respond and never an issue around appointment windows. Knew our equipment and came prepared with common expected parts and pricing. Dryer element replacement within an hour, tips on how to extend future life of the part, and always friendly demeanour. Glad to use Pambis again in future.

Our 4yr old dishwasher started leaking this morning. We shut the water supply and called Pambis. Peter came to check it out. He knew instantly where to look and was quick to fix the problem. While he was at it, he checked other hoses and electrical connections as well. Afterwards, we discussed good value brands. Peter is definitely a great serviceman. Would use them again for sure.
