I recently purchased a condo and was unpleasantly surprised to discover my washing machine wasn’t working! I wasn’t really sure what to do but had used the Home Star service before and used them again to find appliance repairman. As luck would have it I found Pambis Appliance. From first contact to the conclusion of my service call Chris and Peter provided reliable, knowledgeable and friendly service. Chris was the first person I spoke to and identified what he thought the problem could be by asking me a few questions (he was right) As a new homeowner I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and was thrilled when they were able to fit me into their schedule despite how busy they were. When Peter came out to do the service call he was not only on time but early. He was also able to fix the problem easily. I also appreciated him taking the time to explain what had been wrong with the washer and how to avoid having the same problem again. Both Chris and Peter also explained the cost of their service prior to doing any work so there were no costly surprises. Best of all I’ve been using my washer frequently and have had no problems!! This family owned business deserves its stellar reputation. It was a pleasure dealing with both Chris and Peter and it’s made my life a lot easier!!! For over ten years now we have used Pambis Appliance Service to look after our appliances. We have come to trust Peter for honest advise and excellent service. He is professional, courteous and very honest, and we are pleased to have someone so trustworthy to turn to if we have a problem or question regarding any of our appliances.

I had engaged Pambis Appliance to help diagnose an issue some tenants of mine were having with their washer. From the moment I contacted Pambis Appliance, I knew I was in good hands. Pete and Chris exemplify professionalism; they were able to quickly diagnose, order replacement units and arrange for their hookup and install over the course of a week. A pleasure to deal with from start through finish. My tenants are happy and so am I. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for appliance service or purchase.

We just moved into our new house an acquired the appliances from the old owners. Unfortunately the washing machine spin cycle wasn't working! Argh. Since we moved in on a holiday weekend i waited till the Tuesday to search for a repair guy. Pambis had great reviews on this site, and they are all true! They replied to my email within the hour and were at my house the same day! Peter came in and assessed the situation and gave me all the options, including the possibility of buying a new machine, in the end it was more economical to have the machine fixed. He was fully prepared to fix the machine right then and there, and had the exact part in his truck, despite knowing little about the problem before arriving at our house. He was friendly and polite, and very informative. I won't hesitate to give him a call in the future!

I contacted Pambis by e-mail in the morning after our washer started making some noises and a "hot" smell was noticed. Peter got back to us within three hours and indicated he could drop by in the next thirty minutes. He arrived when he said he would and advised us of the rates before he did any work. He then checked out our machine and indicated we needed a new belt but everything else looked okay. He installed the new belt and ran the washerto make sure it was properly working. He charged for the service call and the new belt but waived the labour charge. We were very pleased with the service since the problem was handled very quickly and efficiently. Also Peter is very pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend Pambis to anyone.

This is the first time I've used Pambis Appliance Service. Peter called me back right away, asked many details of the problem, arrived on time, with all the parts and fixed my dryer. Very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Pambis Appliance Service!!

Comments=Peter Pambis arrived to our house at the agreed time. He was professional, polite and on time. He was quick to isolate the issue with our washer. He clearly explained to me what needed to be fixed and provided me with an accurate cost estimate. Fortunately for me he had the needed replacement parts on his truck and was able to repair my washing machine in quick order. Before leaving Peter gave me some useful tips on how to keep my machine in good working order. Payment was simple as the company accepted major credit cards. I have just finished a load of laundry in my newly repaired machine and it works even better than before. Peter knows his work. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed my oven just as fast. My oven cooks food properly now. I wasn't afraid to ask him any questions. He is very professional,reliable and honest. I will definaltely call him again for any other appliance repairs that i may have.

I contacted Peter Pambis when I needed to quickly uninstall my gas oven, and install a new electric one ( not an easy conversion ). Not only was he there on time the next day, but he was curteous, professional, and I was very happy with the work he did. He also saved the day by putting me in touch with an electrician who helped me rewire my electricity to the oven, and my wife had enough time to bake a cake for our sons birthday! I would recommend Pambis to anyone and will certainly call them again if I need any appliance repair or installation.

Peter came to my house today to fix my Kitchen Aid dishwasher and Bosch Gas stove. He was very friendly, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed everything and the cost was very reasonable. I have used them in the past and highly recommened them!
