As our refrigerator was not working,we called Pambis for service. Peter arrived and quickly found and repaired the problem. All this was done to our complete satisfaction. Would not hesitate to call them again!

When our dishwasher broke down, I first called the dealer, who could not service it for three days. Then I called Pambis. Peter was able to fit us in that afternoon. He was pleasant, very professional and quickly identified the problem and gave us an estimate. He fixed it in less time than he had originally estimated. I called Pambiss in the morning around 8.00 am and left a message. I received a call back within the hour. I described the problem along with the machine model # and serial #. Pambiss then called me back around noon to set up an appointment. The machine was up and running (new pump) by 4.30 pm. Pambiss was very courteous on the phone prompt for the appointment amd profesional. Very pleased.

these guys work fast, they arrived within 12 hours. He asked a bunch of questions in advance so he would be prepared with the right replacement parts. The service charge was quite reasonable. Can you do better than that? Highly recommended

We had an oven that error messaged when it got close to the desired heat and just turned off. With a baby on the way any day, and other kids at home we needed this fixed! We found the right company. A friend had referred us to Pambis Appliance a few years ago when I needed a new washer and dryer. I dealt with Peter Pambis and was very impressed with his knowledge of what type of washer and dryer would fit our growing family's needs. He gave us a very fair price and helped to install the units. So when the time came for us to find someone to install our new dishwasher, we automatically called Pambis Appliance again and he was quick to return our call, came right on the scheduled time and we are very happy with his work. I would definitely use Pambis again in the future for our appliance needs and refer him to my friends.

My dish washer broke on the 23rd. I emailed Peter and he called us on the 24th. He helped my husband reset the dishwasher over the phone so that we could use it over the holidays. He then followed up today and came out to service the dishwasher. Amazing customer service! Thanks Peter!

This is the second time I've used Pambis Appliance Service. I had a fridge door that wasn't closing properly, and Peter diagnosed a faulty hinge. Peter gave me the option of a staged approach since the parts were expensive. One part of the hinge was replaced, which improved the door closing but ultimately the second part of the hinge also needed to be replaced. However, that was fine, because I knew this was a possibility up front, and Peter was quite reasonable about the labour costs, especially for the second visit. Pambis will continue to be my go-to company for general appliance repair.

We have had Peter Pambis visit twice, and feel very confident in his work. He arrives on time, properly prepared, and on short notice. He knows exactly what he is doing and minimizes your costs as much as possible. He has fixed our dishwasher twice and our dryer once. We will continue to call Peter for our servicing and repairs and would not hesitate to recommend him.
