    new replacement front load washer

    They were amazing. Broke my leg so I wasn't very mobile. Peter came over and did everything for me without me having to do anything. Got a great deal on a great washer to boot. Would definitely call them again.

    Washer repair

    Peter repaired our gas range a couple of years ago so we called him when the washing machine died over Labour Day weekend. He got it working Tuesday afternoon. The best thing about the service was the repair vs replace discussion. Thank you for that.

    dishwasher service

    Peter cleaned out the sump for us. Service was speedy and very affordable. Very friendly to deal with both in person and on the phone. Took great care to protect the floor and surrounding area from getting wet or dirty. Highly recommend these guys.

    dishwasher service

    Contacted them and they returned my message within 5 mins. Chris was very pleasant on the phone and upfront about pricing. $90 service call to diagnose $80 labour Plus any additional parts required. They even said they could send a technician the same day. Other companies I called prior would not service downtown Toronto or would not give me an appt for a few days later. Chris sent his brother Peter the same day. Peter was a very effecient technician. Found the problem quickly and ran some other tests. Also he got me a quote instantly from the manufacturer to replace the rusting dishwasher racks. He even offered to look for a used one to save me some money. Great company to work with and I would highly recommend these guys.

    Fridge Repair

    Our fridge (10+ years?) stopped cooling in the interior, although the freezer compartment was fine. Peter Pambis contacted me within hours of posting his company on HomeStars project list (Sunday pm). He gave me interim advice, asked for make, model #, and S/N, and showed up as promised mid-morning the next day with all the needed replacement parts. His service was professional, informative, and courteous. Price was in line with other similar reviews. I will contact Peter again in the future when I need any other appliance repair. Sure beats phoning other companies or looking through ads in a newspaper. Thanks Peter.

    fridge repair

    Peter is a real professional. I called him about a fridge that wouldn't get cold. When the first fix didn't work, Peter came back quickly to diagnose the real problem and charged only for parts. I'd certainly use him again.

    Leaky Fridge

    In comparison with the last appliance company we tried that never showed up, Pambis was prompt, professional, showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem quickly and affordably. Can't recommend Pete and Chris at Pambis enough!

    caloric gas range repair

    Peter of Pambis Appliances was very responsive to my broken gas range oven. He correctly diagnosed, had the part, and fixed it. He also gave me excellent advice on another appliance problem. I will have no hesitation in asking him to help us in the future. Very glad to have found his services. Thank you....Rosalind

    broken dishwasher

    I found Pambis Appliance Service on Homestars and initially chose them because of their perfect review record. Guess what — Homestars works. Pambis deserves the outstanding reviews it's been getting, and they can add me to the list. When I called, I spoke with Peter, the senior service technician. He was friendly, yet professional. More importantly, he clearly knew what he was talking about and gave me direct answers as well as a reasonable estimate. He showed up at the appointment on time, was respectful of my hardwood floors, and did the job. But actually, he did more than the job I initially asked for. My dishwasher had not been installed correctly in the first place and the top rack kept rolling out on its own (very annoying). He leveled the dishwasher and anchored it for a tiny, in fact very tiny, extra fee. I can't think of any way in which he fell short. This is a good company. I am keeping his card and will use him again.

    Fridge Repair

    The best part of Pambis was the communication. I sent and email and received a call shortly after. Peter was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and came to my home with all the parts needed for the repair. Also after finishing up he noticed my fan blades were not working, something that I had missed and was able to fix it as well. Thanks for the help!
