We are happy to recommend Penfolds Roofing & Solar Company. They were very professional in completing our new roof, at the end of September, 2017, here on Mountain Village, in East Abbotsford.
We had considered them, based on the good standing they have earned over the past eight decades, in the Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas, here in BC, Canada. Also, they have a comprehensive and transferable guarantee of their workmanship and product.
Their Technical Advisor, Michael, was very helpful in putting the Project into gear. Their estimate was reasonable and accurate, and all was completed in a timely manner.
Their crews, lead by their Commercial Field Supervisor, Adrian; and actively lead on site by Joey (for the Main Roof) and Joel (for the Flat Roof portion) were all very efficient and experienced in their work and rated highly in their work ethics. The majority of this work was completed inside of three days of "long-hours' and hard work by all. Clean-up was completed each evening prior to leaving the site.
It was a fairly complex roof, with various slopes and dormers, greater than 3000 sq. ft., and encompassed a change-over from Cedar Shakes to Premier Tri-Laminated (Certainteed TL) Asphalt Shingles, plus their Penmax Flat Roof portion, over our Patio.
To all other members on the crews (a further half-dozen, or so) we also would like to say "A Big Thank You", for your hard work and dedication. Some names of others were: Geof, Cedrick, Sean and our apologies are extended for not getting a group-photograph and the names of all of you, but you know who you are, so you too can likewise take a bow. Also, thanks to the Internal Office Staff for their valued contributions as well. All were worth to be well paid, to at least Union Rates, or more.
And, as they say, out West, This was "Not Their First Rodeo".
