Penfolds did a phenomenal job replacing our old roof with their Cedartwin Laminated Roof System, service and work was first rate and they were able to start installing it two weeks earlier than scheduled.
Roderick and his roofing crew were very hard working, polite and very respectful. They placed tarps on the ground to catch debris, cleaning up each day leaving nothing behind. Their attention to detail was bar none, even installing a small piece of flashing on the edge of a peak where none had been installed before by two previous roofing companies, to direct water down into the lower eve trough, instead of it rolling over the edge as it had done in the past, to painting the flashing around the Chimney.
Their technical advisor, Michael Schoeman was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over their warranty, among other things, which is insured and transferable should we ever decide to sell our house. Michael also came to our place several times before we finally went with Penfolds, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Michael has a great attitude and his approach was informative polite and respectful. Michael continued to check in and drop by during the install process, as did the roofing crew’s supervisor Ron, making sure everything met with our expectations.
Their Display room was most helpful in our decision on the type of roof best suited for us. Michael was also very prompt in providing us with an initial quotation.
I would highly recommend Penfolds to install your roof and Michael Schoeman, who really went the extra mile for us, just as did Roderick and his crew, which made the whole experience a good one.
